I never did get my 2 pizzas. After waiting an hour I decided I was not waiting any longer so just went to Little Caesars across the street. It was the least efficent systems I have ever seen at a pizza place. No one was in the front working the register. About 4-5 workers in back. When I got there a couple other parties were inside waiting for their orders. The lady would come out call out the order name then put the pizzas in the order on the warmer behind the counter and say ahe couldn’t check anyone out. Then nobody would come put for a while to ring anyone up. When I left there were about 6 orders in the warmer and now about 9-10 different parties crammed inside waiting. When the guy did come out he would ring up one party up then hastely return to the back. At no time did anyone there think to ask people for their names and try to clear out the backlog of people just trying to ringup their food and get out of there. After getting past up numerous times for people that got there way after me and looking at my pizza getting stale in the warmer for a while now I just left.

If I could give less than 1 star, I most definitely would. I placed an online order at noon to be ready for pickup at 6 pm. When I arrived at 6 pm, they had not even started making the three pizzas I ordered well in advanced. This order was for a party at 6:30. Needless to say, my friends and I were extremely angry this happened. There is no excuse when they had SIX HOURS to prepare this order. I will never be back to this location.

Amazing tasting pizza I come here all the time, delicious food always done right. but I came in to pick up my order. And I paid then the lady taking my payment immediately turns around and makes a nasty comment about me not tipping to her coworker very very loudly. Whoever you are I hope you read this… you don’t get a tip for simply doing ur job, you already get paid pizza worker wage to do a pizza worker job. Also I came and picked it up myself, of course I would tip a driver. But you didn’t do anything except exactly what you are already paid to do. I will always come back because I love the pizza, but that was uncalled for and rude to do in front of a loyal customer. Also not to mention her argument is completely baseless. If you’re working in retail pizza, and you want to get tips, become a server at a sit down establishment or, a driver, basically pick a job where a tip is expected.

Ceara, the general manager, sucks. She can’t make a pizza. The dough was terrible and it was super tough. Also she seemed scattered. The service just sucked. Employees were cool tho.

This place has really gone downhill in the last month. Not sure if there was some sort of management change, but there is an apparent shift in quality. The lobby is always filthy, the food has been wrong the last 3 times I came in, they always remake it but still that’s not the point. It’s not hard to read a ticket when it comes in. I went to use the restroom while waiting for an order and there was no toilet paper, the toilet was dirty, the trash was overflowing, and it smelled rancid. It’s simply not what it used to be, I will no longer be bringing my business to Jet’s.

If I could rate a zero (0), I would! Never again will I go to Jet’s Pizza on Rutherford Blvd across from the Wal Mart. They have horrible customer service!!! Rude from the start, when taking my order. Then one of my pizza’s had hair cooked into the cheese. When I called to complain, their response was, “Oh, well our guy cooking the pizza is completely bald.” Then they reluctantly offered to take $10 off of my next order, like I’d ever want to come back for a second helping of “Horrible customer service and Hairy pizza”. Yeah, no thanks. I’m good. I asked for their names; General Manager, Lauren and Store Manager, Trent both need to get it together. I’m so mad! Visit this place at your own risk. They don’t ever have to worry about getting my business again. Now, I’m calling corporate.

Ceara made my pizzas today, really horrible. I came in at 10:30, it took me 45 minutes to get my small pizza, I don’t know how the manager can take so long to make a pizza.

I placed my online order to the wrong store. The manager of both Rutherford and Memorial was here for pickup. He voided my order, made my order here, and kept me from driving across town during 5:00 traffic. That is a class act. Permanent customer!!
