This location is literally trash. Ordered on the kiosk and they still got my order completely wrong. Food quality was okay; not as good as other locations.
Update: I had to go get my pizza remade because it was missing cheese. One of the main ingredients. Cheese. So then he gives me a free drink with the remade pizza, and I’m like oh cool that’s nice. No. Why did I get home, open the bottle, drink from it, then realize the drink expired 12/22/2025. Today is 12/28/25. I’m irritated.

I never leave reviews in my life, but what I saw today was horrifying. Around 9PM, the employee, a middle aged black man, was verbally abusing his own coworkers and screaming profanities so loud they could probably be heard outside. This is unacceptable behavior, and you need to check that person. He took my order and was extremely rude and condescending to me the whole time, like it’s my fault for trying to get some food. This is not the first time I see this behavior from him specifically, but the screaming was so unacceptably loud, I had to write about it. Do better &pizza, or you will lose your business.

I ordered online and went in at the scheduled pickup time. I stood there for 5 minutes with no acknowledgment and decided to go to the ordering area instead of the pickup. She let me know of the guys doing pick up so I went back over to wait. Another 5 minutes go by and I asked someone else the status of my order since again, no acknowledgement from staff. After almost 15 minutes I finally am informed it’s almost done. Once I got my pizza, it was probably the worst &pizza I’ve had. It was cold, soggy, and extremely disappointing. I would not recommend this location.

I kinda like the gluten-free pizza to be honest if you’re reading this, but I’m sorry that I’m not vegan but I just wanted to try the vegan chicken. I’ve ordered via third-party delivery apps and have always had a good experience at &pizza. If you want to indulge yourself, &pizza is a perfect place to do that. Their pizzas are creative, they have different types of soda and drinks, and their desserts are delicious and fun.

Customer service was amazing. Went this past Sunday with the family and the ladies at the counter were super helpful in helping my daughter choose toppings for her pizza.. they have plenty of options so it can get a bit overwhelming for the little ones, but they were very patient. Will definitely be coming back for more pizza!!

Cold pizza after a 20 minute wait….toppings getting skimpy too. Pretty incredible how bad it was…I probably should not have ate it, but I was hungry already and the excessive wait didn’t help! Pizza was cold because it was one they had made for a customer that balked and then repurposed for me (they thought they were slick I guess). Anyway, I will avoid in the future. &Pizza isn’t as good as they used to be.
