Tonight’s visit was disappointing due to the lack of professionalism from most of the staff. When we arrived there were no other customers in line, but only one employee was taking orders and preparing food. She was polite, apologetic for the wait, and did a great job with our order, and she was the only person actively working.
Despite multiple employees being present, several were loudly laughing, yelling, and socializing at the front instead of helping customers or supporting the one person who was doing all the work. Because of that, our wait was much longer than it should have been, and a line formed behind us with other customers also waiting.
While every restaurant has busy moments, the issue here was not workload, it was the clear lack of willingness from most of the staff to help or maintain a professional environment. I really appreciate the one employee who was working hard and providing good service. The rest of the team’s behavior created a very poor experience and definitely stood out.
The food tasted good, but the rice was definitely undercooked.

I absolutely love chipotle but today’s order was not okay all I got was a burrito and there was plenty of missing items on that burrito that I ordered online they made the burrito look big by putting half a pound of rice in it not literally but what I got was basically rice wrapped in a tortilla with a very tiny amount of chicken. Mind you I ordered the normal serving of each thing they should be pretty equal as a burrito should be I could care less about my burrito being fat I would rather have my burrito right with good proportions of everything so when you take a bite it’s not just rice I should be getting a bite of everything in that burrito. Do better

Horrible experience. I ordered my food to go and picked it up at the window, which I rarely do because I’m always afraid the food will be made badly. Well my fear came true and I received the 2 worst chipotle bowls I’ve ever seen. They put all the toppings on bottom and the rice on top, so all the juice from the salsa mixed with the sour cream created a soup in the bottom of the bowls. I drove back to the store to get new bowls. The person who helped me (I’m assuming a manager?) didn’t understand the issue at first and I had to explain why these bowls weren’t satisfactory, even though it was visually clear why they weren’t made well. She the told me they were made that way because they had gotten busy at dinner and ran out of rice, so they prepped the bowls and then added rice at the end when it was ready. I didn’t realize restaurants were allowed to cut corners on quality just because they get busy. Anyways, I did get fresh bowls and she gave me new tortillas since it had been an hour since I first picked up the bowls. But beyond that she didn’t offer anything else besides “I’m sorry you had to drive back.” I also emailed customer service and was met with a similar half hearted apology and assurance that they will follow up with the restaurant. Doubtful, but one can hope they actually follow through on that promise. Chipotle is my favorite fast food restaurant and I always back them up when everyone else hates on them, but truly I don’t know that I will return. I have 1 free entree left in my rewards bank that I’ll probably redeem (in person, of course) and after that I don’t think I’ll be back. At least not for a while. And if I do, it’ll only be in person because to go is not a reliable option.

This is the worst Chipotle I’ve ever been to in 30 years since the brand was born. Ate here on 2/20 for dinner at 7pm. It’s not an understaffing issue, because they had probably 6 people working the dine-in line and another 4 working the carry out line and then at least 3 people working the kitchen. It was overflowing with staff so much that they were physically bumping into one another trying to move around behind the counter. The rice was plain, no cilantro lime, every single meat dish looked like dog food, the guacamole was literally completely brown, absolutely horrible quality slop in every single pan, dirty tables in the dining room, dirty floor, not one single smile from a single staff member, cashier frowning the entire time. Just absolutely appalling the level of quality given the number of employees. Disgusting place. Beyond overpriced. This one experience killed Chipotle for me I’m never going back.

It’s still $10 for a burrito as long as you don’t order guacamole or extra meat. Do that and you’ll easily go up to $18. Lady making my burrito said i dont think we have any more rice with no cilantro given it was an hour before close. I raised concern given i can’t have cilantro and she surprisingly found it right away. See what workers will try to do now is say something like i dont think we can do that and hope you as a customer will just be okay with it and move forward with making them not have to take a sec to ask or search for something. Chipotle in Brighton and staff are the type they just wanna push you through the line as fast as possible. I understand to an extent but also try to be considerate. Workers at these type of places dislike being told what to do by customers like saying a little more, a little more it’s like they take it personal but when working at Chipotle you’ve gotta let go of that problem of being told how to do your job just by asking things like more cheese please. I personally couldn’t do it but a woman who are submissive can do it. The problem is most woman working jobs like this are not because they’ve been talked down to so much throughout there day that they become firm. Anyway Chipotle in Brighton is alright like 2 out of 5 close to 3 in my opinion

Am I the one in the wrong for going back when they’ve messed up 95% of the times we’ve ordered from this location? Am I nuts for thinking, “Maybe THIS TIME they’ll get it right.” I’ll take the blame for driving away without opening every single last item and checking to make sure it’s correct, but have you tried putting the lids back onto the bowls? It’s a pain in the butt. And how do you check your burritos before driving away? Bite into each one? We shouldn’t have to do all that. So tell me why when I went back (30 mins drive each way) and showed the manager, she gave zero cares? I told her I’ve spoken to her 4 times before for the same reason, and her reply was “Oh I don’t remember, so you just want new ones or…?” Yes I got new ones and on the way home I called 1-800-CHIPOTLE. I spoke to someone who actually seemed to listen and was given 3 vouchers. Was it necessary for me to type all this out? No. But do I want to make sure people know that if the drive up pick up area messes up your order, you can definitely get better customer service from their corporate number. Oh and they gave me brown guacamole.

Well the food was adequate a little dry though so that’s why they get a mid road grade. The service was inattentive they’re just not listening. The atmosphere it wasn’t for the Colorado sunset We may have done a lesser ranking. Every table was filthy the trash cans were burgeoning with trash and the people were not attentive.
I’m not saying they weren’t nice just saying they don’t care about their establishment. I go into like in and out and that place is immaculate. I went into Chick-fil-A the other day immaculate.
Freddy’s and Chipotle not so great.
Managers you need to have your people checking the lobby every 20 minutes That’s three checks an hour and the bathrooms at least twice an hour. You do them all with three checks you’re going to do a lot further down the road.
I was the owner I would be none too happy with the way my hard earned money was spent buying a building and paying franchise fees let alone the salaries.
Sorry to be so harsh but Chipotle has always had a clean and decent establishment and this one does not rank well.
Will try it again and if it’s the same it’ll be the last visit.
Blessings to all

This is by far the worst chipotle location that I have ever been to. But its the only one that’s close to my house. Tonight I was helped by a young man with long dark hair. He is by far the best employee there. He is nice, helpful, and does a great job. I would have given 5 stars for tonight’s experience but the girl that adding the additional toppings was rude and destroyed my burrito after rolling. I also asked for guacamole 3 times and she still forgot. Luckily the girl at the cash register finally got some for me.

Went to this location at approx 8 pm to have dinner with my daughter after her practice. The place was basically empty. There was two patrons eating at a table, and one lady ahead of us, in line for her order. She ordered two burritos, and we waited for 10 minutes while a single worker STRUGGLED to make two burritos. There were 4 other employees behind the counter, moving things around, talking, screwing around, and not working. One of the employees that was screwing around came up and asked the struggling employee if I had been helped yet. She responded that we hadn’t, and then he turned and starting screwing off again, and talking with another non-busy employee. After waiting for 10 minutes we turned and left. This place is terrible. The owner needs to fire 80% of his staff.

This is a direct message to the manager of this location and the owner – you absolutely need to work on your quality control and understand this location has been tumbling down hill. Your staff running the drive through window tonight (November 17, 2024) should be fired, they are extremely rude and immature individuals. I’d very much like contact information to management, or for them to follow up, they need to know this is unacceptable behavior.
My husband and I buy multiple bowls for weekly dinners every once in awhile when we get tired of cooking. It seems to be a common occurrence the visit isn’t great.
Tonight I ordered 4 meals and chips online and used the drive thru for pickup. I was handed my food and opened the bag just to check to see if everything was there before leaving. I noticed several of my sides were missing, so I waited until the girl inside noticed me and I waived to her. She came to the window and I asked if I could get a few of the sides I ordered as well as a few small sides of lettuce since it wasn’t possible to do online. She rolled her eyes and shut the window without saying a word to me, and walked inside and looked to mockingly start talking with the other young girl working behind the counter. I could see they walked over and started working in the sides but saw the drive thru attendant hold up the containers and point at them and she was laughing with the other young girl. She came back to the window and very snidely handed me the bag of sided and said here are your sides and turned and shut the window again.
I just got home to see my bowls are about half full, clearly don’t have the extra rice I ordered, two of the bowls have brown rice instead of white rice like I ordered, and all of my sides have about a small spoonful of lettuce, sour cream, salsa instead of being most of the way full like they normally are. I think the young girls did this on purpose for a laugh. This is ridiculous, I’m so angry I’d love to take this food all back. Maybe management would show good faith and refund me or make sure I get my moneys worth? I absolutely will not be back if this is not addressed, and will definitely tell others it’s not worth eating here. This is ridiculous.
