Very friendly place – not only our server, but all the others were very accommodating, and helpful. Food was excellent: fajitas, chicken tenders, shrimp Alfredo pasta, and salad. Relaxed atmosphere with tables as well as booths and a big outdoor deck. We will definitely be back!

We had wings as an appetizer, Great flavor before any sauce, ranch dressing was really good, and BBQ sauce was sweet and tangy.
We shared the Chicken fried steak and truly enjoyed it! Great steak, great mashed potatoes and the gravy was wonderful. This was a great family, home cooked meal restaurant! Definitely a great go to place in Creede!

Served us nicely on the deck. Waiter turned down the music for someone else. It was better then, so it would not be too loud for husband’s hearing aids. Young waiter came out after other people that had asked for music to be turned down left and said loudly, “Now that the party poopers are gone do you want the music turned back up?” I hope he learns from this review not to say things like that about the people that are paying for him to party while working! He worked hard and we were served well and enjoyed our time in Creede.

Sorry, but worst experience in a very long time. We stopped in for lunch and thought it was closed – no cars in the parking lot. Several things went wrong. Took a very long time to get our meals and they weren’t very busy. My BLT was on the wrong bread from what I ordered and very dry. Our friend’s Reuben sandwich-the pastrami was way overcooked. His wife’s salad appeared to be bag salad, and she is vegetarian who can only eat chicken, told the owner that but it came with hunks of ham on it. The only decent sandwich was today’s special which was a grilled ham and cheese. But still, to take so long to get the food was ridiculous. All four of us walked out of there shaking our heads. I’m not normally a complainer but this was bad.

Great place to eat. First time for us. They had only been open under the new owner for a few weeks and still had a few kinks, but they had a super attitude and were trying really hard to make everything work.
Our servers were a scream. We had a couple of hitches in the order process and were making good-natured light of it to the server. Rather than being offended or getting defensive, both he and his girlfriend, the owner’s daughter, jumped right in and joined in the silliness. The most fun we’ve had in a restaurant in a long time.
Food was good and surprisingly affordable, a nice surprise given gas was topping five bucks a gallon and putting an unexpected dent in our vacation budget. I had an enchilada plate, my wife had a chicken sandwich, and our friends split a steak and baked potato. Hope they make it work because Creede is a regular stop for us and it’s right across from our usual lodging. We’ll be back.

Really good food! The prices, while high, are very competitive with the region. The kids meals are actually large enough for adults and the full size meals are big! The standard burger is 1/2 lb while the kids are a 1/4lb. The chicken tenders were really good and juicy.

This place definitely has some things they need to work on. Went in with a party of 8 & the restaurant was slow while there. Maybe one other table. Once we sat down we were greeted immediately & received our drinks. After ordering we did not see our server again. We did not get any refills & the food was not worth the money. After searching for our server we realized they were outside & drinking a margarita. We had to get up to ask another server for our check & then left.

I ordered a steak and proceeded to get what looked and tasted like a microwaved steak. Sever only appeared every 15 minutes despite it being an empty restaurant except for us. Other members of my party had undercooked rice and chicken that was still chewy from being undercooked. Mash potatoes had to be the worse thing, hardly edible. Every time I pass by this restaurant it seems to be very empty and for a good reason. From what i’ve seen a lot of these 5 star reviews are fake and don’t accurately represent the restaurant.

The food and service was great. Our group got the ribeye, country fried steak, and burgers. All were great. They cooked my ribeye medium rare, just as I ordered. The gravy was very good on my mashed potatoes. I would definitely recommend this place if you are in Creede.

Very disappointed… Only one waitress tending the whole restaurant. A few people were there but not busy when we arrived. It started picking up after we arrived, and people started to walk out after 15+ minutes of not being served or given menus. Finally got our food after 45+ minutes. All fried food was over cooked and not appitizing. Heard some bad reviews on the place but decided to try it myself… probably should have just taken peoples word for it. I get it, things happen. But I won’t be back.
