Found a hair in my food. Owner and staff didn’t care to give me a refund. They do NOT care about their customers. Horrible establishment. DO NOT EAT HERE.
And no I don’t need the owner to respond to this. Your response is not going to change my mind, you’ve lost a long time customer. And thousands of dollars. Ikes sandwiches are way better anyways. I’d rather drive many more miles to get quality sandwiches without human parts in it.

I don’t really know what all these people are tripping on.. Lots of Entitlement and Smug attitudes in the Bay Area. People treating retail and food service workers like trash because they are miserable with their own lives.
Ordered a Deli Turkey on Sour Dough roll toasted.. Sandwich was toasted and had perfect amount of spread and ingredients.. It was a very good sandwich , everything tasted fresh.
Little pricey, but that is everything nowadays.. plus, I always try to TIP workers as this type of work is underapreicated.

I went here to get a hang loose sandwich. The lady did not know what she was doing. I seen her grab roast beef I asked her the Hang loose Comes with pastrami right. She said yes so I assumed she was putting roast beef on a different sandwich but no I unwrapped it and she used the roast beef on mine when I specifically asked her! Also asked me what I want on the sandwich I said only mayo and mustard I said it twice! No she put the works! I unfortunately didn’t open my sandwich till I came back to work very disappointed I will not recommend this location to any of my colleagues. Please double check your orders at this location.

The Employee (Dimple) has been so sweet and helpful every time i’ve come in for a sandwich. My sandwiches are nothing less than 10/10 , the bread the ingredients etc. I am a very picky person and i am always met with patience. The is my new favorite sandwich shop.

I paid 25 DOLLARS for the worst BLT of my life here and I’m so disappointed. First off, I paid for extra bacon, which they did not add. They also did not toast the bread at all. They basically made me a bread and lettuce sandwich for 25 DOLLARS. Mr Pickles used to make the best BLTs, loaded with bacon. I don’t think I’ll ever come back here. The prices are absolutely insane for the quality—it cost $67 for 3 sandwiches. Never again.

Kind of a hidden gem in my opinion. The sandwiches are delicious, there are options for everyone (wraps, salads, sandwiches), and everything is decently priced. The staff is really friendly, and helpful, I’ve always left feeling good about my visit. Atmosphere is meh, but the staff boosts the rating I think. Parking in front is limited but there is decent parking within a block or so.

Came out to the bay for vacation and was told by a local about Mr. Pickle’s and trust me they didn’t disappoint! So many selection’s of sandwich choices and the chocolate chip cookies they give you are delicious. Actually had Mr. Pickle’s two day’s in a row because it was that good!
