I was in town two days ago and around 5-6 p.m decided to stop by for dinner with my family.As soon as we walked in we were greeted by the young gentleman at the front counter. He was kind, patient and attentive. He even suggested a special that was perfect for my family. Service was good and so was the food. The restaurant and restrooms were clean. Over all phenomenal service, which is very hard to come by these days. Thank you to your employees for their excellent service.

UPDATE: I’ve finally had the chance to try this place and here are my first impressions. I went in and the place seemed very open, as in the inside layout had a lot of open space that looked like it should have been filled. Now for the food, I like how the menu is set up and how I can see it clearly, but that’s all I like unfortunately. I got a chicken tender meal for about $15 and the portion sizes of the food is insanely small. I thought it was at least gonna be a decent size but it wasn’t at all. The food wasn’t crazy or horrible but it also wasn’t the best either, probably like a 5/10. Nothing crazy, the biscuit was actually pretty good and not dry so I think that’s a plus. Other than that, I don’t think I’ll be going here anymore. For that amount of money I can go somewhere else and get a good size meal for the same price,I really felt like I wasted my money. But hey at least I tried it myself and gave it a chance, but I personally just don’t think it’s good.

It’s one of my favorite places to eat chicken. The employees were very kind. The service could be faster, but other than that, it’s great. It’s a fast food restaurant, people need to lower their expectations

I’ve never had food here prior to today, but what I received was the most pale, tasteless chicken tenders I’ve ever had, and the sauce barely helped. The only “good” thing was the jalapeno poppers. I initially got these for someone else who was craving chicken nuggets from Mc D’s, but figured these might be better. Boy was I wrong. The person I shared them with asked me if it was duck meat. Whatever pink slop and chemicals Mc D’s uses to make nuggets tastes better than what I received. Cannot believe I spent $30 for this. The only redeeming thing was the person that took my order was nice.

I would like to recognize the previous managers for their professionalism, excellent customer service, and friendly approach. (Juana, Mario) It is disappointing to see such strong leadership replaced. Unfortunately, my recent experience with the new manager, Tessa, was unprofessional and did not reflect the same high standards I had come to expect from the prior management team. I would like to shout out Eli for his hard work in making the company more efficient and friendlier than ever he is going places as well as Juana the store manager amazing work you two. Never a bad time when me and my family come here.

The chicken is delicious, however, the staff requires training in order accuracy and customer service. We live about 15 miles from this establishment, but have been a loyal customer of this chain for years, and don’t mind the drive. However, our last visit was upsetting as the person at the drive thru didn’t get our order right and we didn’t realize until we got home. We ordered a family deal of chicken strips, but upset to find a mix of boney chicken when we arrived home.
