Very nice and cozy. There are desperate dining areas for small groups and parties. A call ahead is recommended by my server. It’s on the fancy side of dining but has a nice comfortable feel. The service is great and the pricing is reasonable. There are a good selection of teas and they have amazing soups and salads. I recommend trying it out!

Small portions, very cute atmosphere, smaller menu option-wise. You need to make reservations, but it was a bit unusually slow when we came in, so fortunately they allowed us to be seated. Lots of tea options. There were also gluten free options.

They are so kind and a wonderful establishment. We drove from Ames and didn’t realize to make a reservation, but they offered us a limited menu that was still amazing. It was 100% my fault for not making a reservation, but they were very accommodating. The limited menu was still fantastic and I would highly recommend to anyone. It was also very fairly priced!

Found The Lemon Tree Tea House online when I was looking for a place to hold a bridal shower tea. All the planning had to be done through email because I was from so far away… They did not disappoint. Megan was amazing to work with and the event was perfect from the flowers to the food. The selection is amazing and the quality is too. Reminiscent of teas I had in Ireland and England.

Visited there from Des Moines. We loved it! Very very good food—very comfortable (but not stuffy) atmosphere. Very well brewed tea ☕️, love the fact that it’s an English type tea experiance, clotted crème and all. The food had that marvelous made from scratch taste. Very kind and attentive service too.
