Drinks are amazing, food a bit of a mixed bag but that is entirely my own fault (for reasons I’ll explain):
– Drink-wise, I’ve had the blueberry matcha cloud, the Yin Yang, and the canned oat milk matcha latte. Their matcha is quite good, with a strong flavor, and I was impressed by how fresh the can tasted. The Yin Yang is smooth and nicely balanced, and I like that the flavor leans more toward tea than coffee.
– As for food, I’ve gotten the maple hash brown breakfast burrito, the snack wrap, and the fries. They were all delicious, but each time left my stomach feeling kind of upset…totally not their fault, I think I’m just past the age where I can eat a large quantity of fried potatoes with no consequences. The snack wrap especially was a lot bigger than I expected, def bigger than I remember McD’s being. I was afraid it would be small so I got the fries, but I really didn’t need them…and the fries came in this gigantic bowl as you can see in the pictures. They were delicious fries, mind you. Like bougie McD’s fries lol. And I actually felt I got $5 worth of fries. It’s just too many fries for me to be eating in one sitting.
– I admit this problem is entirely self-created and they do have a lot of healthy options. Their salads especially look good, so I’ll try those in the future!
All in all, a good place and I’ll definitely keep going here to work.
The steak and cheese sandwich had good flavors.
I’ll definitely be coming more often to try more drinks and sandwiches!
There is plenty of indoor seating and the cafe is clean inside. Location is very convenient from MIT.
Recently took a visit to try their signature tuna melt sandwich and the vanilla bean latte. The place was already crowded before lunch time, but I was still able to get everything within five minutes. As mentioned by some other reviewers, the sandwich was shockingly delicious. The crunchiness of the sourdough was absolutely on point, and it made me reconsider my preference on sandwich breads. The portion was a bit small for the price, but it was still a satisfying lunch with some potato crisps on the side. The vanilla latte was a little too sweet for my taste, but I enjoyed it nonetheless.
Will definitely be back to try more of their toasts and sandwich menus.
Got the cappuccino again, and had them add a bit of white chocolate to it, since they were out of regular chocolate.
It was great!
Really nice interior space for sitting at a shared open table or little tables or counter around the edges.
Really interesting array of danish inspired food and a nice sign on the wall explaining their danish inspiration.
Bummed that there’s no evident place to recycle cans though.

Mocha review: their lattes are 12 ounces, and their cappuccinos are 8 ounce in a 12 ounce cup. So I ordered a cappuccino with a bit of chocolate added, and it was excellent.
They tout their Danish inspirations, and it shows in the details of the food and the decor inside, though it is subtle. I brought home the raspberry tart to share after dinner, and it was tasty crunchy and fruity wonderful.
At lunchtime on a workday most of the tables were occupied and there was a nice buzz. But not too crowded.
There’s an indoor passageway between them and their Asian dumpling neighbor restaurant. Though that restaurant didn’t seem to be open the day I was there.
I came here for lunch during typical lunch rush hour. It was a busy place with almost every chair full. If you’re coming for lunch, either come early or get to go.
I got the veggie breakfast burrito. I really liked the texture of the eggs. They were so soft! The avocado added some smoothness, and the tomatoes had a nice crunch. The dill was a nice surprise that added depth to the burrito. Overall, a very tasty breakfast burrito with lots of healthy, fresh ingredients.
I also got a lemon square as a treat. The lemon filling tasted a bit artificial, but the top and bottom were perfectly crisp.
I don’t think this throws the place off, but is worth bringing it to attention that people with high intolerance to cow milk should make sure to emphasize their food restrictions and the importance of avoiding cross-contamination for the sake of their health.
The matcha cortado itself was great! Great balance of matcha and hint of oatmilk.
