Stalex is under new ownership, and he seems very friendly. However, everyone who works for him is not only unprofessional but struggle to handle their job with integrity. The pizza was not cooked properly and when made aware of their mishap, the receptionist hung up in our face. She did not want to immediate or rectify this issue.
In my order, I asked for 2 slices with a can soda and a bag of chips. The pizza was the problem! The dough was RAW. Now I understand the difference between sourdough and others, even the taste is different. However, the dough was raw, the crust was chewy. It was so thick and raw I refused to actually eat the pizza itself. When attempting to eat the crust (best part of any pizza to me) it was chewy and tasteless. I truly believed that anyone who ate it would be sick or worse, in the hospital.
I write this review because from a previous interaction, the owner asked nicely for a review on the taste. Unfortunately for him the pizza was inedible. As a Boston native, I am appalled and hope they take this review with complete seriousness. I also would not recommend this place to anyone who enjoys a quick slice.

Very poor customer service, food is delicious though. The black man with short hair behind the counter was yelling at me instead of politely saying the delivery pick up line is on the left side of the registers.

this used to be my favorite place. delivery drivers are always nice. i do miss the people that used to work there, i used to always get a steak & cheese but it became disgusting honestly over the years. Pizza is great still tho… the grilled muffins are delicious i must say. i barely go in, but when i do service is ok ♀️

I haven’t eaten here in years. I went and ordered and didn’t know there was new management. I told the cashier multiple times honey bbq fingers. I get plain. I get my food. Cook and asked if I paid already? I paid when I ordered in front of the cashier and you. How did he not remember? I don’t know. Food was horrible, never going back.

Once in a while this place is good, but I wont eat lunch from here anymore. Today I ordered a fish basket. When I got my order the spicy fries were raw. I had to pick through to even get a cooked one. Also my sandwich was so soggy, major turn off. I couldn’t even eat it. So if you want to order from this spot just think twice. The breakfast is pretty good.

First time ordering since under new management. They burnt my egg, then when I drive back to speak to someone, the manager didn’t want to address the complaint. His lack of concern and accountability is what infuriated me more, acting like I had had no reason to be upset, and said “I’m not dealing with this right now…”, passed me off to the guy who answered the phone initially (strong language barrier). Eventually gave me a full refund, but customer service leaves alot to be desired. Enter at your own risk!

What I ordered was nasty bread was all moldy on the bottom and when I called to tell them this, the girl said their boss won’t let them throw it away!!! That is disgusting!! They Wouldnt give me a refund, and she was laughing like it was funny. I use to order from here all the time but the staff now does not no what they are doing . I will not be going back here again. Bring back the old people that use to work there that was the only time the food was good. Now it is trash…
