My daughter had a coupon for a $4.99 waffle and sausage she wanted to use. I called the order in over the phone. A very nice lady named Candace took our order and checked me out at the register. I was very surprised to see that there was a $1.25 “pick up service charge.” I have never heard of such a thing, and was not told about it when I placed my order. I could have lived with that, if the quality of the food had been even mediocre. As you can tell from the pictures, we received a very thin, rubbery disk with black flecks all in it. There wasn’t enough batter used to even make a complete waffle. We did not have the time to turn around and take it back, so my daughter ate the sausage and said that it was good. I’m giving one star for Candace, and one for the sausage. We will not be back though.

huddle house is a great place for family friends and the most interesting conversations, i’ve been coming to this place since my mom worked here years and years ago, and it has absolutely changed. the old managers didn’t have this place in near the shape that lisa does. it’s a fixer upper but she is doing the dang thing!!! i love the food and the atmosphere. will always be back!!

This is the worst experience in a restaurant I’ve had in a while. It was so bad that I’m writing this while my husband pays. Service was unfriendly, slow, and the food was cold. When I told the waitress, she said she would “nuke” it. If I wanted microwaved food, I would have ate at home. Don’t come here. 1/1/26.

This place has become a big joke they are always out of everything but when I go in and Jamie waits on us it’s always a great experience! There’s been a couple times they’ve been under staffed and she waits on us AND cooks the food at the same time. And she does it in a timely manner. She’s always super friendly as well.

As someone who’s out late a lot, there’s not a lot of food options for us on the night schedule. Usually love this huddle house- during the day. But whoever was working the early morning of March 31 really just ruined my day lol like who even does this? What you’re looking at is burnt melted styrofoam in my food. I ordered a ham and egg dish and an order of muffin bites. They decided to not make my order that I placed until I got all the way to the restaurant (20 minute drive) for some reason, I guess laziness, so I had to wait 15 extra minutes once there and just wanted to go home. Mind you, there are only two other diners. Then they had the bright idea of putting 15 burnt and extremely hot muffin bites (that’s supposed to only be an 8-count and also have powdered sugar and whipped topping but at this point who even cares, they’re unedible anyway.) straight into a styrofoam tray, no paper or anything to separate it. They completely melted through the styrofoam and into the top of the next tray in the bag, my dinner. Yum! Thanks so much huddle house.

Breezy was our server and from the start all the way to the end of our meal she was outgoing and friendly like she always knew us. Jamar was the cook and it was wonderful it was so good. He is an asset to that company. Kim served us the drinks and was super nice. These three individuals made my night for me my husband and son. We will definitely be back and to see them again. Stop in and you won’t be disappointed.

The burger was hot and fresh, and my only complaint was no pickles, which is a must-have for a burger.
They were out of turkey, so that limited our choices. The BLT didn’t have mayo and none was offered. The fries were good.
We may have hit them after rush, but the dining area wasn’t very clean, but they were sweeping as we departed. Men’s restroom was out of order. Ladies was clean.

I really wanted to like this place. The first time we went here yesterdays there was no seating to accommodate a chunky person and we ended up sat in a little corner out of view and seemingly forgotten. We gave it another chance today and snagged the only table with chairs which also had the same used and bloody bandaid under the table as yesterday. Ordered our food and were told the fryers are broken so we had to have hash browns. Ordered waffles woth strawberries and cream and then the first one arrived and I took a bite, it was strawberries and mayonnaise. It put me off my whole meal and we both cancelled our waffles. After the meal we were told by our waitress “I took the waffles off for you guys :)” like it was a favor to us and not just common decency at this point. We won’t be back.
