I visit this establishment every day and spend a significant amount of money here. Working in customer service myself, I understand the challenges of the job and always try to be patient and understanding. However, today I had a disappointing experience with one of the staff members.
I ordered an iced matcha with almond milk and no sweetener, as I am lactose intolerant and diabetic, so it’s very important that there is no added sugar in my drinks. Unfortunately, when I received my order and took a sip, it was extremely sweet. I politely asked the employee who prepared my drink to remake it without sweetener. She responded very loudly “NO YOU DIDN’T SAY NO SWEETENER YOU DIDN’T SAY THAT”.. even though I had mentioned it twice because it’s so important to me.
After some convincing, she finally agreed to remake the drink, but took an unusually long time. When my drink was handed back to me, it was made with regular milk instead of almond milk, disregarding my dietary needs. At that point, I felt so frustrated that I left without finishing my order and decided not to return.
I recognize this is a large corporation, and my experience may not matter much to them, but I hope someone will take customer feedback seriously. I also wonder if the employee may be dealing with workplace challenges herself, which could be affecting her attitude toward customers.

literally don’t have a problem with any of the other employees except the two black girls that work there. I don’t have their names Because they don’t wear their name tags… Probably because they know they’re rude…, but they refuse to give me waters each time I ask, and I am an employee at the mall that orders Starbucks almost every single shift and I have contributed so much money towards that business. I can’t believe they won’t give me a free water. And all my other employees get waters from them all the time from other employees. It’s just the black women that will not give you water for some reason. And no, don’t make this about race, I just don’t know their names and they’re the only two black women that work there.

What a great crew. From the wonderful lady who took my order to all of the folks who prepared it. Finally arriving my coffee with a big smile and a thank you. Definitely will be back. Great job crew. Oh and my iced mocha was fantastic as usual

I recently ordered my first PSL of the season to-go on 9/19 @ 12pm. I was excited to take a sip but when I drank from it, it tasted like milk and sweetener. There was no espresso in it. It’s very discouraging to know the price of the drink yet it not being worth it 🙁

First of all, we ordered a large cup of coffee. They served it in a paper cup, even though we were drinking it inside the café — and they had ceramic mugs on the shelf, which they apparently don’t use, probably because they don’t want to bother washing them.

Secondly, I poured the coffee from the large cup into a medium one — and it fit completely.
So basically, you’re paying not for the actual amount of coffee, but for the size of the paper cup.

That’s very disappointing — when you pay honestly, but they try to save money at your expense.

This location has friendly, knowledgeable, and fast staff. I highly recommend the new iced caramel cloud macchiato. It’s heavenly! The store is really clean and spacious. Go visit when you are in Boca Raton.
