ordered from here once, was pretty good but delivery took over an hour. called again to order delivery since i’m pregnant and due any time, was told our house was “too far” even though they’ve delivered to us before, and it’s 10 minutes away. not very nice staff on the phone either.

Have passed by Pinky’s many times. Finally decided to stop in and get one. Ordered medium 1/2 pepperoni 1/2 cheese. Pizza is just OK. Pepperoni is better than plain cheese. Service was good. Counter person was polite and helpful.

Phone numbers don’t work. One, some miserable woman answers. Another number is not in service. I guess it’s not so famous. Website is crap too. Couldn’t order a large calzone. Come on guys catch up. It’s 2025. Pathetic. Too nervous to try to order. Goodbye.

The pizza itself wasn’t bad it was good & they got my online order pretty well, customer service was pretty good this being my first time going there, I’ve heard plenty of bad things from this place but honestly I didn’t have that experience & thankfully I didn’t as this review would of been a lot worse. The place itself is small & it’s was pretty decent in terms of cleanliness, I would def go back for pizza again & will def eat there instead of take out.

Food is great and I don’t mind the prices being a bit high, but it shouldn’t take over an hour to get a burger on a Tuesday night when they aren’t even busy. Had to give my dasher an extra tip for how long he waited. Ridiculous
Update – I felt I had to edit my review after the response from staff at Pinky’s. There was a misunderstanding with door dash and I appreciate the quick response from the restaurant. I will be ordering again, just not through door dash.

I don’t like giving one star reviews, but this place deserves an especially low rating. I’m not going to go into all the detail, but safe to say, there are far better options in the Boston area. Skip your visit here, save your time, and save your money.
