I went to tropical smoothie today and was very hungry I asked the lady across the counter Sofia what she would recommend she recommend me their *NEW* Açai bowl with Nutella and two three cheese chicken quesadillas. She was so helpful and nice and just look how special she made my order for me everything just looks astonishing. Definitely will be coming back because of how good the food was, how nice the employees were and how the atmosphere was just a great place to be in definitely recommend for anyone who loves fruit or loves quesadillas

Stopped here with my kids and had smoothies! Very delicious! There are so many options but the employees helped us pick out some that were to our liking and exceeded our expectations! Gia and Kaylee were extremely attentive and helpful, the service was very quick, and the store is immaculately clean!

Just left this location, aboslutley loved it. Tropical Smoothie Cafe is definitely one of my favorite places. The workers at this location were super nice and speedy fast.
I think the machine that tells them what food to make was down for a bit, but they kept plowing ahead. Thank you for your amazing work and delicious food/drinks.

Just wanted a small salad and smoothie for lunch and this certainly met my expectations. I ordered the “Beach Club” salad, which comes with grilled chicken, bacon, tomatoes & Parmesan crisps with a salsa ranch dressing. The delicious smoothie I ordered was the “Blimey Limey“ which had strawberries, pineapple, orange juice and lime. Was large and very flavorful.

I visited this Tropical Smoothie location with my boyfriend and unfortunately had a disappointing experience. We ordered two smoothies, but the service was extremely slow and unprofessional.
The three staff members on duty seemed unsure of what they were doing and appeared to lack proper training. My boyfriend’s smoothie was served only half full, which is unacceptable for what we paid. The employees were leaving tasks incomplete, moving very slowly, and seemed more focused on chatting amongst themselves than serving customers efficiently.
The overall experience was frustrating due to the poor service quality and lack of attention to detail. I hope management can address these issues with proper staff training to ensure other customers don’t have similar experiences.

My wife was placed on a liquid diet and she wanted a smoothie. We had never been to Tropical Smoothie and decided to give it a shot.
We both enjoyed each of our smoothies and look forward to our return. Next time, it’s quesadillas or flatbread sandwich.

Normally I come here most Tuesday mornings on my way to class and have no issues- but today my final was moved to Monday, not sure if the Monday staff is different or if it was a case of the Mondays but I was severely disappointed with the service I received today. I came in to pick up my mobile order as usual, grabbed it and headed to campus. About 45 minutes later I was eating my sausage and cheese ‘dilla that I ordered extra sausage for and let me just say, I don’t normally feel there is enough so I paid for extra and felt I got even less than normal! When I called to see if maybe they thought it meant “easy” instead of “extra” because that’s a simple mistake and I come often enough to understand that mistake happen! I was told “I talked the staff member who made it and he says he put extra so we can refund the extra you paid but I can’t remake it or do a complete refund.” I was disappointed to say the least. I would never pay 8$ for an egg cheese quesadilla, at that point, I would have made it myself. I love tropical smoothie enough to come back but definitely going to reconsider my location and or I will not come on a Monday again.

Food is great but servers left out both sides! It was a pickup order and, sorry, didn’t check the whole bag until I got back home. There’s no was to request help on the app, and no one answers phone—tried repeatedly.
