Someone recommended this place. They weren’t wrong about food. Food was very delicious. Got nachos with carne asada. And a chili cheese burger and smothered onion rings. Very friendly employees. Will be back definitely. One one big problem for us… they don’t have coke products .

Yall, I wish I would have taken some pictures for you, but I love this place. First time in today. Instagram was aggressively advertising and I had my doubts, but my best friend brought it up and he’s an amazing chef. Kasandra and Aaron were in last night, they are just the sweetest most genuine people. Love the energy and atmosphere. Loved the food. Ordered chips guac queso and chili (of course). Chili had a really good heat to it without damping the flavor. Chips were fresh, hot and made in house. The have a salsa/ pico/ etc station where you can grab what you want. The chili relleno tacos and birria were absolutely delicious and super filling. I have plenty of leftovers for lunch tomorrow. Open late too!!
Just across the board absolutely love the experience and love they showed.
10/10 would recommend. So much love yall, thank you chili shack!

I visited here in weekday morning and everything was great. Staffs were kind and committed. I tried thd breakfast burrito served with steak inside, which was awesome. Great restaurant for the tourists who are looking for food with decent price.

Usually I only get their chili cheese fries and quessabirria tacos (always good) , however today I decided to try their steak tacos and enchiladas. The enchilada sauce was atrocious, it’s by far one of the worst sauces I’ve ever tasted on enchiladas. The steak taco was a solid 6/10. I would not order these items again. Also they forgot my drink!

Been living in Ballpark for a year and saw Chili Shack move in. I was excited to try as I love casual Mexican food. I felt pretty disappointed with our food – my girlfriend’s Mexican BLT was made with two heels of bread, the bacon wasn’t crisp, the fries didn’t have salt, and neither did the guacamole. I didn’t enjoy the texture of the chicken in the breakfast burrito. The folks working were super nice, no blame on them. Just didn’t really enjoy our food.

So I had heard of this place taking over the old Hot Dog joint. They said chili was their game, and they delivered. Carne Asada fries drenched in chili, covered in steak and sour cream. They have a salsa bar with all their salsas and toppings like onions, pico, cilantro etc. We got 4 street tacos, 3 Pastor and 1 Birria. Absolutely delicious. Vibe inside is very laid back and they have some super cool Denver sports graffiti on the wall. Will be back. The corn tortillas were a masterpiece.

I ordered a green chile burrito deluxe with sour cream and well, I was disappointed. The shredded beef, barbacao I’m assuming, tasted very dry and old. It was majority of the burrito. Like it looked and tasted like it had been sitting out all day long. I got there around 2-3pm. The meat was inedible in my opinion and overall made the burrito unappetizing. The green chile was decent, but wasn’t what I had expected. Had a nice spice to it though. I wasn’t given my sour cream but that happens.

We ordered for our office, fire Tender Al pastor, chicharrones on point, salsa fire chips are better than most. They have the freshly baked texture, crispy outside soft in the middle. Anyway I have found a new favorite. I would just like to see beans on the door dash menu.
