On today Feb 18, 2026. There was an African American woman with dread locks changing out the food containers and handling food bare handed. I have worked in the food service industry over 7 years of experience and food safety tells you to change gloves of needed but use gloves when handling food and containers. Absolutely disgusted by the fact. I hope whomever, reads these reviews and corrects this stores employees immediately. I’m not one to call people out especially when other customers are in the store it’s rude and unprofessional so I’m hoping the manager or owner will handle it first. But if it happens again I will definitely state my concerns in front of staff and customers alike. There aren’t too many times we have issues here. But unsanitary practices are unacceptable in the restaurant Industry and nothing the public should be forced to deal with. This whole event happened between 12:50pm and 1:10pm. Please review footage and handle promptly. No reason on the planet this should be taken lightly. Make sure you guys watch who makes your food and don’t be tolerable of mal practice.

The girl who made our order however definitely made it a pleasant experience after the fact being attentive and interacting she saved the day as far as experience. But keep the latter in mind!

Compared to other Subways visited over the years this location is above average.

We always physically go into the restaurant to order. If you go through the drive-thru or any overpriced service like Door Dash you are at the mercy of the worker that doesn’t have to interact with you, and as such you’ll get what you get ‍♂️

The only critique of this location is that it could use a real deep clean. It’s not disgusting by any means but you can tell there is some neglect.

Pretty disappointed, ordered 7 subs on mobile order for my guys who ended up having to work on a Sunday. Very big local company. Out of the 7 subs only 1 had the correct bread. Don’t understand how this happens when im the only 1 in the business so there was no rush. The subs that were toasted was more like microwaved for 10 seconds. Don’t think we will order from this subway anymore.

I ordered pickup, waited 20 minutes, made my way over. I went through the drive thru, no one answered. That’s fine, they’re busy, I go inside to pick up; Nothing on the pickup shelves… Ok, I’ll tell them at the counter. No one. So now I’m waiting in line, it’s been 30 minutes since I order, and I see they JUST NOW started my sandwiches. I’m still in line, I JUST got spoken to, to be told only one sandwich was ready and the other was “getting done now,” which was a lie. I understand staffing issues, but 35 minutes for Subway is ridiculous and not even worth it.

Went inside for a breakfast sandwich. I was the only guest there. The young woman behind the counter didn’t even acknowledge or say anything to me. She continued walking back and forth placing the containers with the ingredients onto the bar line as though I wasn’t even there. It was almost 5 minutes before she finished when she finally acknowledged me. When I finally ordered my usual steak/egg sandwich, she told me that the eggs were still frozen… sufficed to say I was very disappointed that she was unprepared when they had been open for nearly half an hour. Her demeanor also indicated to me that she really didn’t want to be there. Needless to say, I will look for other options for my breakfast business if that is the type of service to expect.

I went there at 9:14pm and they lock the the door on my face, told me it was close and that they were tired.
I did responded while pointing at the times at the door that they close at 10:00pm so she opened the door.

The subway I got was terrible absolutely not tosted and didn’t really listen for my order.
Complaining while doing my food saying I’m tired.

I understand that we humans are tired but I felt so disrespectful when the door got lock at my face and when I ate such a horrible food.

Every time I come here, the drive through light is on.But you can sit there for ten minutes and nobody comes to the windows, so you have to pull around. Today, it sounded like they had four people on and one girl waiting on people, and then people in the background, by the name brian was swearing left and right. There is no professionalism at this place and all, ever. They need a manager, a null1. If they currently have one, because they’re not doing their jobs, they’re teee and laughing and swearing and having a good time, and they’re forgetting that customers don’t want to hear language or wait in line when you got all these staff on and only one person is making subs
