I ordered the giant Club Lulu. It had very little meat on it. I had to take the meat from one half and put it on the other just to be able to taste the meat over the bread. Definitely not with the $20 I paid.

When I placed the order in the app, I got a notification about 20 seconds later that my order was ready. That was suspicious, but my toasted sandwich wasn’t even warm when I got there.
They forgot the mayo on one of my sandwiches.
They really need to light their drive-thru better and replace the speaker. It is a tight curve and hard not to hit the curb when it’s light, but in the dark, you pretty much hit it every time. Their drive-thru speaker is so quiet you can barely hear the person speaking, if at all.

We placed an order for 3 sandwiches through the mobile app and arrived about 5 minutes later. When we arrived, the 3 workers were just hanging out talking. The had one customer in the drive thru, whose order was being toasted. At least two online orders pending. As soon as I walked in, they started moving as if they were not just hanging out. They asked for my name and then found the slip, which they had already printed and had hung up. That is when they started working on it. For being “Freaky Fast”, they were not. I’m used to the downtown Jimmy John’s who has orders often done before you finish paying or within a few minutes and that is during the mid-day lunch rush.
The food is good (other than only getting about 5 Jimmy Peppers on my Giant sandwich)

Came to this jimmy johns cause the one by our house was closed on Sunday. I always get a toasted sub. And the one I got the bread looked burnt and was so hard, I could barely eat it. We asked if they could make us a new one and was told that’s just how the toasted subs come( not true considering I’ve never had this issue in west valley) got the second sub and it was just has burnt the bread was slightly softer. Probably won’t come back to this location and just note that our normal jimmy John’s is closed on Sundays

Had I read these reviews before I ordered tonight, I would have not ordered from here. On top of the fact that the only response to bad reviews is the same thing… Give us feedback at this link. Obviously, they don’t take complaints seriously since the same issues persist. They probably don’t even care because their restaurant carries a mainstream name. No matter how terrible the service, they still make an obscene amount of money.
I haven’t ordered Jimmy John’s for years. Decided to try again. I ordered the BLT with avocado spread. They make so much money from people who are scammed into thinking they will actually receive $1.25 worth of this overpriced topping. On my sandwich, it was so light I nearly missed that it was actually there. Well, I see I have not been missing much by going elsewhere.

Arrived to pickup my lunch. Unable to get any help from any team member. Waited too long and then just left.
Unprofessional and I won’t return.
There were 5 team members laughing and joking while customers waited.

You know a good place when you know you are the annoying customer but you are met with such kindness and a willing to help mentality. I was asked to (last minute) get 17 (!!!) sandwiches. I didn’t have time to preorder so I walked in at 11:15am, explained my predicament and all of the employees were understanding and beyond helpful! They made the sandwhiches so quickly (and were so nice about it). I am so grateful for such great customer service and I will be back for sure! Ty, Marz, Brody and the entire team were so great!! Thank you!!!
