I ordered the #9 sandwich for takeout, which clearly comes with avocado, but my order did not include it. Considering the price is close to $20, I expect the sandwich to be made as listed, especially when the avocado is part of the standard ingredients, not an extra add-on. It was disappointing to realize this after leaving. I also noticed the staff seemed more focused on chatting than checking orders. I hope quality control and attention to detail improve, because the food is good when it’s made correctly…

First time at this location. A rainy, ugly day but I had a drs.appointment and was a little hungry. I stopped in to get a 1/2 sandwich.
I took it to go to make my appointment on time. I sat the and ate in the parking garage at my doctor’s office. Two bites in I found a hair. Not mine bc I have light brown hair and this was short and black, like the young man’s behind the counter was.
Kinda disgusting and I know “it happens”, but it really shouldn’t if they’d wear hair nets.

I’ve been to this store dozen of times over the last several years. The service and accuracy of the sandwiches has always been on point. As a person who enjoys vegan food I have always appreciated this store for their rapid service and excellent consistency. Tonight on Sept 11, 2024 I had just such excellent service I felt I had to leave a review. The quality of service and products were second to none! Thank you to the employees that night they both deserve a raise!!!

I ordered a sf giant with all veggies and lettuce with extra sauce.. this is what I got, dry, dry, sandwitch no dirty, no lettuce and hardly anything on it. Mostly bread see pic. So disappointed..makes me mad

Waiting time a bit longer than usual. Brought two new guests with me, was surprised that they didn’t receive a free bag of chips (as I did when I first came to Ike’s). Otherwise, flavor and texture were on point as usual. Friendly service. Clean bathroom. Thanks!

Ordered a 65 totally disgusted it in my sandwich as you can see in the picture. I added pickle and onion in a charge me 450 for two pickles and four onions stand the spread was tasteless. Just poorly made. I will not be back $20.44 wasted.

To quote an old commercial, “Where’s the beef?” We used to enjoy Ike’s, but their food quality and service has gone down. Bread was still good, but they totally skimped on the meat. If I wanted a vegetarian sandwich, I would have ordered one. You only get 1 thin deli slice in the sandwiches. Definitely not worth the $14 you drop. Very sad that they are going down in quality.

I have been here 3 or 4 times… And I haven’t repeated a sandwich yet. I keep coming back to try something else. The sandwiches are amazing and the servers are always kind. Wish I could remember the name of the sandwich but it had turkey, ham and salami and provolone cheese. It was amazing and if I see it on the board I know what’s in it.

Great sandwhiches when you can taste everything on it mine was so drenched in condiments that was all you could taste not the onions or veggies or the multiple meats the condiments poured from the sandwich when picked up so much so the bread was soggy already by time i got to which was only about 10 minites after getting home
