I hadn’t had Churches Chicken in a while, so I stopped by to grab a meal. The chicken was absolutely delicious! And the customer service was top-notch. I’d definitely recommend this place to anyone!

Absolutely filthy. I guess the new policy here is: Touch your phone, touch your hair, touch your face… then touch the food! Hygiene? Never heard of her. The staff acts like they’re at some teenage hangout spot, gossiping and scrolling like they’re influencers instead of, you know, doing their jobs. “Fast food” here just means fast germs, fast contamination, and fast regret. It’s embarrassing that this sad excuse of a restaurant is one of the only choices in town — but clearly they’re not embarrassed by anything. DO BETTER!!!!!!!

Showed up after a high school game and lobby was closed. It was 9.05 and all lobby doors were locked. You could see employed thru the glass but as we got off the car, everybody scattered like roaches as we approached the doors. Lobbies hours were posted as closed at 9.30…no wonder McDonald’s next door was packed!

They had always been really bad with getting the orders correct, missing items , and never having certain sides or original chicken which was understandable and bearable but this time they crossed the line with a huge long and disgusting hair embedded in between the batter and chicken Right at the top of my box. And when I went to return it nobody in that place had a hair net…last time buying there I would rather drive ALL the way to San Eli’s churches IF I ever want chicken again after this gross encounter which I highly doubt.

Bro, I came to eat at this Church’s and I ordered the 16 pieces for $30.99, and it didn’t even include a drink. Bro, if I’m already spending $33 with taxes included, the combo should at least come with a drink. You have to order it separately. Honestly, just raise the price and include the drink — it feels so stupid. So yeah, later I’ll be eating 16 pieces all by myself with two mashed potatoes and a salad, but no drink.

The young lady working the drive thru was clueless. She confused orders. When I walked up to the counter and asked for my order, she told the driver thru customer to give her the food back. She did not ask politely either. This young lady had given my order to the drive truck customer. When she gave me my order, she left it on the counter and left. I asked if it was my order, and she rudely turned around and left. The managers at the store laughed at her error =( The store did not have no more than 3 customers. However, the chicken was delicious. Fries and jalapenos were soggy and cold.

We ordered the grande meal and simply asked for the gravy to be put on the side . The very rude young lady informed me that she would have to charge me the price of a side item because it’s their policy. I have been purchasing meals at churches chicken for 35 years never have I encountered this policy. I asked for the manager a pregnant lady standing behind her reinforced what she told me. Needless to say I bought a large side of gravy. Then the rude young left the gravy off my mashed potatoes. The chicken was dry as if it had been sitting in the oven for hours. The tenders were rocks. The Mac and cheese was a frozen container cooked who knows when the girl put in an oven and I had to wait for 15 min. No drink was offered while we waited just very nasty looks . A lot of anger and hostility in this establishment obviously if you don’t like your job QUIT!!!! The customer who is obviously the reason you collect a paycheck should be treated with respect and curtesy. The owner should really take a hard look at its employees and maybe change some of them. I will be notifying corporate
