I ordered online and put I wanted my chicken terriyaki toasted and when I got the sandwich after I had left the store I realized it was completely cold, very gross to eat cold chicken. I also asked for a small cup for water and they denied me a cup or water. In my entire life I have never been to a place that serves food that does not give free water. Outrageous.

Ordered my subs online via the website for pick up. they did the sandwiches completely wrong. super upset.. I also tried to go through the website to do a complaint and I wasn’t able to because they couldn’t find the location. What a waste of time and money. I wanted just turkey cheese and bacon. I just left the subway that had the door cracked for the longest without fixing it. It’s fixed now don’t worry I just left cuz they’re in the back and me and the people waiting got tired of calling for them.
They always have the worse employees there, always mad or alone and the other day got my order wrong to. Go to the Vicky bakery next door, way better service and sandwiches. Well at least there will be someone there working, not alone

The young lady that was working Thursday 5:56pm February 22 needs to grt fire, i was waiting for her for over 20 minutes to start taking my order, 3 people came behind me and 2 of them walked out. I stayed because i was hungry but i will never come to this subway again unless they have someone else working here that know how service works. I feel sorry for her but this is the second time has happen to me in a less than 2 weeks. If things are not ready when she gets to her shift then The prior shift has to have it ready. Or have more staff working, especially at that time. Also teach your employees manners!

The workers here just don’t care. At 9pm all the sauces are gone, because the attendant just wants to leave early. Awful treatment and overall unhealthy atmosphere with the clients. I only recommend this subway if you like being treated like trash.

Very clean facility, the food looks beyond fresh and prepared correctly. Coming from a customer who had a mom that worked for Subway for 5 years and I saw the ins and outs of stores this store is amazing. The food tasted just like my mom would prepare it. Customer service was swift but very nice ladies.
