I went to this Chick Fil A during lunch in between classes. I ordered at the counter and payed there and not on the mobile app. I had a couple friends who ordered before me and I sat down with them. Since they had ordered before me I waited until theirs was done before I went up. It was very crowded and I did not want to get in peoples way waiting for my food. I went up and they told me to wait for them to call my name. I waited for 10 extra minutes until I had to go up and ask where my food was. They then told me they had thrown it away because I wasn’t there when they called my name. I explained to them that I had waited for my friends and the people taking my order were considerate and were willing to make my food again. Then the chefs who were very rude, told me that I couldn’t get my food and I left. I payed 12 dollars and waited almost 30 minutes just to not get my food.

If you are in a hurry don’t come here. Only person in line and service was pathetic. Requested money back and couldn’t even figure it out. Management needs to improve here

I would like to thank the kind man at the counter who helped me get my mobile order despite not being adequately prepared to do so. He calmly explained why screenshots do not work & found an alternative route that ensure everyone left the interaction with what they hoped. He was a kind soul & I wish him the best.

I normally like this place, but today I had a bad experience. It was a downtime, and the worker who was handing out mobile orders was being incredibly lazy and unprofessional. I went up, scanned my receipt, and he proceeded to stand there, knowing I had scanned my receipt, looking at his phone. It seemed he was watching some Snapchat story. I stood there without being acknowledged for at least 10 seconds before he finally wordlessly turned around, grabbed my food and handed it to me. I proceeded to look inside of the bag for sauces, and when I looked up he was holding them out to me over the bag. Didn’t even bother telling me he had the sauces. CFA normally has incredibly kind staff. I don’t know how management allowed this man to be hired. Clearly he is not a proper candidate for the job or has received zero training. Through the whole interaction, he said no words to me. None. That sort of customer service is simply intolerable.

Just came here from subway, where I was left still hungry after a pathetically small sandwich.
Complete 180 from subway. Friendly staff, quick service! It’s the CFA you know and love.
Compare subways tiny portions to the overflowing thing of fries I got and that should tell you everything you need to know about chick fil a!!

I just ordered three spicy chicken sandwiches from this location and one of them had a fly in it which extremely disgusting. I had to go to class right after so I couldn’t go back and complain. I took a picture but I’m not sure how to share it.

Update. Been a year since my last review and still impressed !!!!!!!!!! Go here 2 or 3 times a week and have always had excellent service. The chicken is ALWAYS fresh and crispy and the staff is ALWAYS friendly. Even the extremely long drive thru lines at lunch are handeled efficently. Management should be commended. Eddie Says ” This may be the best fast food restaurant in Lincoln PERIOD. Check it out you will NOT be dissapointed !!!”
