I ordered two dishes: jerk chicken and fried chicken. The food was really good. Authentic Jamaican seasoning and very flavorful. The price is very reasonable as well. My one criticism is with the chicken. Both dishes contained mostly the bony parts of the chicken and one leg. No thigh. No wing. No breast. I’ve never encountered any restaurant that does things that way. I would rather pay more and get better variety in the chicken pieces.

The Mac and cheese is bland, yellow from maybe curry powder and flavorless cheese, maybe velveeta, it should be taken off the menu. The oxtail needed to be cooked longer, oxtail is supposed to be tender, it was not and it tasted like beef stew no Caribbean flavors. I did not eat it at all after tasting one piece. For $26 there were 4 1/2 pieces of oxtail. Majority of the plate was filled with bland rice and peas. The fried chicken was inconsistent, some pieces were dry some weren’t but overall tasted oily and nothing much else. The beef Pattie’s tasted frozen and were mushy, were also half filled. The curry chicken again lacked Caribbean flavors, all in all was bland. The rice & peas were also EXTREMELY bland and the side of cabbage/vegetables was greasy and was overpowered with bell peppers. I was extremely excited to try this place as we love Jamaican food but this was very underwhelming!! I hope they revise/change their recipes to more authentic flavors/spices. The 2 stars go towards the polite woman that took our order.

This is a hidden gem in OC. If you love Jamaican food, you’re going to love this place. The door and presentation of the food was great!! It’s a must try.

The food has no taste and they only gave me 3 Oxtail, 3 small ones with fat on it. And Oxtail not fully cooked .My beef fatty is not cooked. All the way is mushy, and I’m upset. It does not taste like caribbean food. I don’t taste no seasoning.I know i’m from new york, but it’s not good. This is not good.I’m very disappointed. We worked too hard for our money. So I do not recommend this place.Sorry, guys, but the food just wasn’t good at all. Very disappointed

If I could give -stars I would. Both my entree and my husband’s were not good. His the chicken was over cooked/burnt and he said the flavor was subpar. My curry chicken tasted watery and not flavorful at all. I thought at least the rice and peas would be good…nope. Not a good Saturday night experience

OMG!!!! This food is very authentic. I mean what I say because I myself is Jamaican. This is the first Jamaican restaurant I have ate from in the Baltimore City and County Region that tastes like ah yaard yuh ah come from. I taste no sugar in my food. The oxtails were seasoned to perfection. The rice and peas were delicious and I can taste the coconut milk. Absolutely, no sugar. I will definitely be visiting again to try other items on the menu. Keep up the authentic flavors, job well done. Plus, I order through uber eats and was not disappointed.

I was in Baltimore for quick work trip and decided to try out this place I had it delivered and it was prepared and delivered very quickly. I ordered the oxtail which was pretty good and came in a good size portion after all it is either $36 or $38 so I was able to eat off of it twice. It’s worth a try if you’re in the area.

I came in as they were about to close. I was still greeted warmly with professionalism and taken care of. Jerk chicken was amazing. Charcoal taste and nice amount of heat. The sauce they served on the side added the perfect amount of sweetness that I like.
Since they were closing, I wasn’t able to get the mixed veggies or plantains. I will definitely be back to try!
