I was traveling for work and seen the Arby’s logo on the expy exit sign. We stopped there and ordered 2 of the steak bite bowls. We waited at the drive thru window for about 10 minutes then received our bowls. I was absolutely blown away by what I saw. I wasn’t even sure if it was steak. It looked as though it had been sitting out since the day before. It was black, dried out and I couldn’t even chew it. The macaroni noodles were not cooked all the way and cheese wasn’t melted. It was the worst thing I have ever tasted. On top of wasting $20, we had to throw it away. The good thing was we found a cute Hot Dog stand across the street and they had every type of hot dog you could imagine !! It was wonderful ! I’m sure there are other Arby locations that take pride in what they serve but this location just didn’t care what they served. SMH

Passing through Stanton, KY and decided to have Arby’s for lunch. Very accessible location with easy off/on access. Good experience at this restaurant. Only Drive-thru was available due to COVID but it was good. The order taker spoke clearly and heard us which resulted in the order being taken correctly. The food was prepared quickly and tasted great! We initially stepped inside for a look around and the restaurant was clean and well organized. A good dining experience for me and my wife.

Food was old and cold. The fries were literally limp. I didn’t think anyone was going to come from the back area to the front register and take our order. They were not very happy about it when they got there.

Wasn’t the best experience stop by on Friday night and got like $30 worth of food through the drive-thru. Got home and half our order was missing and it wasn’t worth the drive to go back because I live in another town. And I get they’re busy. I totally understand that. And I also work in a restaurant so I get how crazy it can be. But it seemed like there was one person doing the work and a couple others just kind of messing around not helping a whole lot.

This was a neat little place. There is an Arbys and Long John Silvers/A&W in this building but the little antique shop inside is what makes it cool! We ate and then looked around at all the items which reminded me of when I was a little girl. Really neat.

Every time I come here on night shift. The service is terrible. The blonde girl in the drive thru gives the worst customer service. Tonight I tried ordering an orange shake online. They did not have that shake. Machine broken. It would’ve been nice if it got taken off online. The girl offered another fountain beverage for the 4.00 shake which is more expensive, refused to pay the difference and gave me two large cups instead. Well, at this point I’m just hungry and trying to get out of there and go home to eat. Well, six employees standing around, smoking cigarettes outside, rude service. There was no ice and the coke was out. I’m a general manager of a restaurant myself in Lexington. When I say I will never eat here again, I mean that. I walked out without drinks. I’m disgusted of this establishment and how they treat the customers. Last time they got upset cause I spent $80.00. Well don’t you want to hit your sales record and make money ? I guess not.

Stopped here on the way to Red River Gorge and ordered something a little complicated. Order was filled right, workers specifically labeled shakes with a C or a J in chocolate drizzle too differentiate the chocolate shake from the jamocha shake. Cashier gave good suggestions about the gorge and fun trails to take. Customer service was appreciated and honestly much better than I expected.

Good location. But the level of standards are about as high as what I would expect from a second grader making food. Didn’t get all my food what I did get was wrong. The roast beef tasted funny. Threw away most of it. Workers are not the brightest bunch. I would save your money and just go next door to mcdonalds
The owner reached out to me and apologized about the experience. Went back on our way out of town and they replaced our meal for free. They didn’t have cheese sticks so they gave a refund for them. Asked for a plain chicken sandwich in stead of beef and cheddar and they gave us a plain roast beef sandwich instead. The owner is extremely nice but lack of supervision at the restraunt is what is wrong with the place. Over all I would say just check all your food before leaving. And in the drive thru you shouldn’t have employees smoking.
