We have been patronizing this establishment for over 20yrs and it hurt me to write this. My hubby told me not to cook but I wanted to eat soup ; which I love.He stated he would buy soup from the Hills. The flavor of the soup was Great; but the Chicken foot only had 1 piece of chicken foot in it and mind you it was a large Chicken Foot soup. I got another soup to take to work for the next day which was cow foot and same situation it only had in 1 small piece of Cow foot. Why would the server charge full price for broth and pervision when it should be a mix of meat and all other ingredients. There needs to be a standard of Quailty Control regarding what’s being served the hard working paid customers. When I called the young lady stated she was the only one there and remembered a patron getting 3 soup and she stated she notified my hubby it wasn’t any meat left for another large just broth and they agreed she will charged my hubby half price for the 3rd soup when in fact she charged full price he used his bank card we have the proof. So we get underserved and lied too Please stop !!! None of us are perfect but please maintain integrity in quality control this is FOOD that’s being served.

Food is okay but if you don’t ask for utensils you’re SOL. Some of the staff are friendly but the elderly woman that’s works there (I think she part owner) very rude….only went back because of the other staff.

I love to support my country, people restaurants. I am sorry that I have to write such a not so nice review but that’s how you improve on your business and not lose support/customers. The chef needs to taste everything that is coming out because I waste a lot of money yesterday.

I never heard of this restaurant before , I am happy that President Ali paid a visit. I will definitely be coming in a few days to get my dinner. Just listening to the charsmisic owner air her points of concern ,speaks volume about her. I urge all food lovers to patronize this restaurant.

The service needs upped and the staff need to get rid of that rumshop style idea as well as make this place a place welcoming , very good food I must say there’s a variety of Caribbean dishes, too expensive over the last 3 years they’ve become . Larger televisions needed and proper restrooms are a must. Overall it’s worth the try but there’s a need for better customer service also .
