I ordered a gluten wrap for delivery and I understand the wraps sometimes don’t hold up as well but upon taking it out of the foil to toast it which I am more than happy to do to get a good wrap. It literally fell into a pile of slop. Zero care, it has been one of my favorite meals in the past although I will not be ordering it again absolutely disgusting and a waste of 22 dollars. (Updated) instead of giving a refund they encouraged me to reorder and “a gift card will be given to you that equates to the cost of the wrap minus the up charge for avocado”. If I were you I’d pass on this place there is much better food in the area

I decided to have pasta for Christmas dinner. I’d had Pomdori Alfredo before and liked it. So I ordered a full tray of chicken broccoli alfredo and a full tray of meat Lasagna. The lasagna was OK, nothing special. The chicken broccoli Alfredo was missing the sauce! I never thought to check the container and just put it in the oven as it was. When I took it out there was no sauce. The broccoli was under done, the chicken fry and the penned also dry. My guests barely touched it and the meal will go down in history as the worst Christmas dinner ever. I did try to contact Pomdori twice and received no response. I’d suggest not eating there or ordering from there, but if you do, double check your order before you leave!

Pomodori Newburyport catered our high school volleyball team’s year end banquet. We ordered a variety of items to feed 105 guests. Although the event took place at our high school located in Peabody, the trays arrived hot and fresh! They set up all of the disposable chafing dishes and arranged the buffet table exactly as we wanted. They made sure that everything was ready before leaving. The service was impeccable. The price was very reasonable and the food was delicious! We had more than enough for everyone. I highly recommend Pomodori NBPT catering and I will be calling them for my next event.

Just had a great experience with Pomodori. We order take out from there often. (Love the food) Recently a part of our order was accidentally left out when we picked it up. (Happens) Pomodori hand delivered it to our house within 10 minutes. Shoutout to Dougie for the prompt drop off. Goes a long way when you have two young kids.

I am commenting on the cheese steak sub. It is like really finely chopped hamburger, not the thinly sliced sandwich steaks of old. For $13.00 for a small cheese steak, nothing on it, I am disappointed. I won’t be ordering that ever again.

I can not say enough good things when it comes to Pomodoris in Newburyport!!
For the last 3 years we have had Pomodoris cater our football banquet and they have nothing short of stellar service! The food is incredible, staff is super friendly and accommodating, and you are set up with all your needs!!
Our family has used them for personal private parties as well and the service and food continues to be consistently fabulous!
Don’t waste your time going with any other vendor, as Pomodoris of Newburyport will always be the best!

I’m not one to post reviews but this experience needs to be shared. My family and I have ordered from them almost every week. We have had a great relationship with Pomodori for years and loved them! We placed our order like always which included a soda and a Chicken Finger dinner which was to be delivered. When the delivery was dropped off, we brought the bag in to discover our order was completely wrong. We received no soda, an order bbq chicken, and a cheeseburger sub that was so bad that my father couldn’t even eat half of it. We spent $40.57 on this meal and it was not correct or edible. Our family has worked in the food service industry so we decided to call and calmly explain the issue and went into the call with an open mind. The woman who we spoke with on the phone was extremely rude and basically said it wasn’t her problem. As mentioned previously we have been loyal customers since before the pandemic and have been nothing but kind and generous to the staff. So to get this treatment was unexpected and extremely disappointing. We will be looking for another establishment sadly so.
