This place is a gem. We stopped there today for lunch and I must say it was wonderful. The sashimi bap I ordered was d se o fresh, delicious, colorful and tasty, and my husband, who ordered a bibimbap said it was the best he’s ever had. And he had a lot.
We live in Crystal Lake, but it’s absolutely worth the drive. See you soon and thank you.

My husband and I tried Bowlful of Korea for dinner, and wow, talk about comfort in a bowl!
We ordered the Korean BBQ Beef Bowl and the Chicken Katsu Bowl, both loaded with protein, veggies, japchae, and fluffy white rice. The mix of corn, crunch, spicy mayo, and yum-yum sauce made every bite addictive. It’s literally a bowl full of goodness (pun totally intended ).
But the real star of the night? The Bulgogi Fries. Crispy, saucy, and impossible to stop eating. Easily our new guilty pleasure!
While waiting, we noticed tons of online pickup orders flying out, clearly a local favorite. The place has a laid-back, self-serve vibe, so don’t expect fine-dining polish. You’ll bus your own table, and things can get a bit messy when it’s busy. Also, no traditional Korean sides here, everything’s already in the bowl, which honestly works for a quick, satisfying meal.
For the price and flavor, we left full, happy, and maybe a little too proud of how clean our bowls were.
Verdict: Worth it. We were Bowl-full, indeed!

All workers are very friendly and the food is phenomenal. Very excited to have a sushi burrito place nearby that serves great quality food. Their poke bowls are very generous portions and worth every dollar. I’ve dined in and ordered to go, both great experiences.

First of all, the food is incredible. It’s not easy to find a spot this good in the Chicago suburbs, and it’s so delicious that I wish I lived closer. I had the sushi burrito, kimbap, poke, and combo fries, and every single dish was amazing. The interior has a great vibe, the service is super friendly, and there’s free parking, which is always a plus. But honestly, the highlight is the food itself—everything was just delicious. I had two sushi burrito amazing shrimply, best friend and crunch fire poke. (Correct me if I got the names wrong! ) I highly recommend this place! 5/5 – one of the best restaurants I’ve been to.
