Ordered 2 meals with sweet lightning Mountain Dew, the drinks looked cloudy and had yellow powder all in the drink and an 1 inch or so of white powder on the bottom of each cup. Took an hour to get the food from a location about 5 minutes away, and when calling the store, the manager said that the Dasher must have done something to it, and its not his issue/problem, then proceeded to immediately hang up on me. I hope the food was fine too, but horrible management, severely unprofessional. And im not one to write reviews, especially negative.

Traveling through town, stopped in for lunch. I was honored with a smile and Veteran’s discount. All food fresh and place was really clean with a nice bathroom that was noteworthy! Placing my order, a young gent, Preston, with beard guard had sneezed and was great to put his face to his arm. Promptly finishing, he put down all items, threw away his gloves and proceeded to the sink to wash, dry, and sanitize his hands and exposed arm. Not being told, not looking around, just naturally keeping clean. This place was hopping and the crew was like clockwork! What a great experience and a store to be modeled after. Bravo everyone!!

They didn’t have any breast’s so I got a strip meal with fries. They didn’t give me my biscuit and the side of fries is just a bunch of rock hard disgusting crumbs. What a waste of money

I walked in order a three piece chicken with coleslaw on the side got home, opened it up and there is a fly inside of the coleslaw. So after saying that I just threw it all out so the next day I called them and talk to them talk to sign them. Casey says she was the manager, no apologies no one just gets to get it straightened out I didn’t want a refund and I do not want another dinner because I will never eat there again in my life but she was rude and the food have bugs in it.

All tasted as if it sat forever, not fresh at all. Not one good item out of $40 worth of food.
Gave me Cole Slaw instead of Macaroni and Cheese for the family side. 5% price increase on food, but certainly not an increase in quality product.
It’s been one of my favorites, but it’s just been bad this year. Won’t return for awhile.

Training of staff is desperately needed! I ordered the exact same meal but paid separately. I got charged $8.79 for one meal and $7 for the second. When I tried to order only 3 tenders I was told she didn’t know how to ring in only tender so I had to have a side I didn’t eat or want. When I asked why the price difference I was told she had to enter the meal that way but she took the drink off so there will be no tax. Ummmm there is no tax for to go orders in the first place. PLEASE TRAIN YOUR STAFF!!! THIS IS RIDICULOUS!
