Great service, nice ambiance, food OK. Came by for some breakfast after the farmer’s market. Wanted to eat outside, but there was a bit of a wait. We were hungry so got seated inside instead, luckily by the window. For all our egg platters, we ordered them overeasy, but they came out completely cooked through – next time I guess we’ll just say sunny side up to get the dippy eggs we were looking for! Hostess friendly, all servers were helpful, left with full bellies and still had some to go.

Loved it! First time going with a party of 10 family members and it was wonderful. I called ahead to let them know a large party was coming to dine there, and they were ready when we arrived. The place was unique in decor for a diner, the staff were excellent and the food was out of this world good! There were four children in this party and even they mentioned how good the food was. We had a wonderful time and I cannot say enough about the staff and food, because they were both so so good. Thank you Classic Diner, I’m anxious to go back again.

They’re always busy but the wait when I have gone has never been anything crazy. The food is amazing and the staff is very attentive. My breakfast recommendation is the Peanut Butter and Banana stuffed French toast.
Also, if you’re a bacon-lover then you’ll love it here. The bacon is thick cut and great quality!

Great service, delicious food. I tried the avocado and tomato eggs Benedict, coffee, and Belmont Beet cold pressed juice. I was very happy with all of my choices especially the juice. Atmosphere is tight and cozy.

Quaint streetside cafe on Gay Street in charming West Chester, PA. Wonderful coffee and they serve WHITE grapefruit juice! A real treat since I cannot find white grapefruits or white grapefruit juice in any supermarkets anymore! I ordered Eggs Benedict with tomato and avocado in place of the Canadian bacon with a side order of sliced bacon. Absolutely delicious! I finished half of it before I thought to take a picture. The avocado and tomato were both at the perfect ripeness with great flavor and texture. The egg was hard poached with a solid but not dry yolk. The hollandaise sauce was smooth and tasty, not overpowering or soupy. The home fries were thick slices and topped with chives and sea salt, crisp on the outside, tender on the inside. The 4 slices of bacon were very thick, fully cooked, crisp, and very meaty! We arrived close to 7 am and had the sidewalk section to ourselves. Business was picking up when we left just after 8 am. Overall, a delightful breakfast experience on a lovely summer Sunday!

INCREDIBLE meal, made my mouth happy and my family had an incredible meal. I am so glad that I went online to review the choices in the area for breakfast, while in from out of town. Classic Diner KNOCKED IT OUT OF THE PARK! The omelette and eggs were delicious, the hash browns were fresh and tasty and the Turkey Pepper hash was OUT OF THIS WORLD!!! This is not a diner, it is a GREAT RESTAURANT!!!!
