I ordered a hand tossed the dough tasted and looked like store bought or they used a rolling pin its was not fresh or airy the crust was white and hard on the bottom looked and tasted
Like pie crust the worst pizza ever! It was cold and dried out it was not in the warming case just sitting in the back on counter I had to wait for 10 minutes before they waited on me they they saw me at the counter and just let me stand there waiting and then had the nerve to point out the tip screen on the card reader poor service and a nasty pizza and thats one reason why I don’t tip before I have tasted the food. Won’t be going there again

I have not been to Pizza Hut in ages but T-mobile had a Tuesday special for a free personal pizza with an order of $10 or more so I decided to try it. After putting in a $25 order, more than double what was required for the deal, I was told by the young guy at the counter (who at first couldn’t even find my order) that the manager had decided not to honor the deal… WHAT?! So the low level store manager gets to decide if a corporate deal gets honored or not – that’s ridiculous. It’s like me deciding how much I am going to pay for the pizza after it’s made. But Pizza Hut won’t have to worry about it however because I plan to never go back. Don’t entice people to come in and then renege – worse than not offering the deal in the first place.

The customer service at this restaurant is seriously top-notch. I had an issue with the DoorDash delivery the restaurant refunded my order and made a special delivery to get it to me. You don’t see many that will service their customers like that.

I was back in the area this weekend and remembered I had a free pizza “in the book” according to the previous RUDE manager Gabby!!
When I called to order the pizza, of course, it wasn’t in any book, and Gabby, in addition to most of her staff, have left the establishment!! Hopefully, she wasn’t allowed to go to take over another location!!
The new manager, Grayson, was absolutely amazing. He was well aware of the issues this location had when he took over. Although there was no record of my free pizza, he took my order and was very understanding and even apologized for my horrible experience. That is great customer service. It’s probably the best I’ve experienced in this area in a long time. Riley also did a great job! The 2 appeared to work very well together.
The pizza came out piping hot and looking so delicious. I was most impressed when Grayson said if there were any issues with this pizza, just call him, and he would take care of it!! As you can tell by the picture, I couldn’t wait to get home to try a piece.
My mom was so happy when I came home with the pizza. Unfortunately, all of the locations near us have closed down so when we have an opportunity to get Pizza Hut, we do.
The pizza was very good and cooked to perfection.
A big thank you to Grayson and Riley. We will definitely be back 🙂
This was the ABSOLUTE WORST experience EVER, at ANY Pizza Hut!!! I would give it a ZERO if possible.
First issue – they overcharged me. I had $14.99 coupon for any large pizza. Total should have been only $16.99 since I ordered pan but was charged $23.68. They WOULDN’T refund difference even thought I showed them coupon!!
Second issue – Center of entire Pizza was RAW!!!! I called the store and after being transferred 3 times, a woman – supposedly the Manager, answered. She was VERY RUDE and only offered a replacement Pizza despite telling her I lived across the bay Bridge. She said that I would just have to wait until I was in the area again to get a new pizza!!! I then asked politely for her name and she stated “I don’t give out my name”???? She is the Manager and I found this very disrespectful.
I contacted Pizza Hut’s corporate office today, so hopefully, they will resolve this matter!!

I ordered a Supreme pan pizza and a pepperoni pan pizza for carryout.
I was so disappointed with the pizzas. I know times have changed, and things are more costly. But the quality was so bad. There were hardly any toppings on the pizzas. Very skimpy. Even the construct of the pizza was pretty bad.
Unfortunately, I have decided that I will have to remove Pizza Hut from my list of pizza places. So sad to say.

Ordered boneless bbq wings, barely had any sauce. Might as well have ordered plain wings. And you don’t even get one complimentary dip with the wings, you have to buy the ranch or blue cheese which is ridiculous. The melts have no veggie option, just all meats, and if you can order garlic bread from them, why isn’t it on their menu when you order online? Pizza Hut is irking my soul lately.

I felt it was necessary to give credit where credit is due. I received the most delicious, perfectly cooked pan pizza from Pizza Hut (Festival at Pasadena) last night. Typically it’s a hit or miss when I order a pan pizza from any Pizza hut. Because it’s a thick pizza, I always order extra sauce & extra cheese to balance the dough with toppings. My main issue is with the cheese. More times than not do I ever get what I paid for. And extra cheese is charged separately and is over $3 to add it. So, with that being said, I’d like to give credit and say thank you to the staff member that made my pizza. (ORDER #61434219

This is literally the worst place to go. I have been going here for years & NEVER has anyone been so rude. I placed an order on Sunday 1/22/2023 this was around 11:44 AM. At around 12:00-12:35PM my boyfriend went in to get the food and is waiting. There are 2 ladies working and they just look at him and finally one asks if he has been helped and he says no. She says “you should have said something you’re just staring at me”. I’m not sure why this lady is even working there if she hates her job. How are you working with AirPods in if you are working you need to know when people are coming in and out to greet and help them.. This is the receipt & I hope action is taken. Anyways, if you want to have a great day I would advise going to another location.

I haven’t been to Pizza Hut for a very long time. I remember their pizza being very good so I decided to try over my usual favorite pizza place. I ordered hand tossed crust with pepperoni and onion. I was so disappointed. Worst pizza I’ve ever had. The pizza was dry. It was made very slaphappy. The onions were kind of thrown on in a pile. Some of the onions were cut so little and thin they burned. There was very little sauce on the pizza but in a few spots there was too much sauce. The crust was good but very thin on the side of the pie and super thick and wide on the other side. This Pizza Hut location does not represent Pizza Hut’s reputation at all. This is a carryout location only but I will not be returning. The owner should be concerned. I am going to try a different Pizza Hut location in hopes of having a pizza that I remember being so good.
