A True Taste of NJ in Florida! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
As a North Jersey native (Team Taylor Ham!) I can confirm: Pork Roll Pete’s is the real deal. Finding “up north” food this authentic in Florida is a rarity. I visit every time I’m back in town!
Why it’s elite:
Authentic Ingredients: They use Trenton pork roll, bread shipped from up north, and in-house bagels made with imported NYC water.
The Menu: The lunch sandwiches are great, but their breakfast on seeded hard rolls are perfection. Whether you need “SPK” or a custom bagel, they are super accommodating with substitutions. I recommend the Godfather and the Italian hero.
The Vibe: A full-service deli with friendly, efficient staff who treat you like family.
Pro-Tips:
Beat the Crowd: Breakfast is their biggest draw and it gets packed. Plan for a wait or arrive early.

We found a gem in Bradenton that has been magically transported from good old New Jersey! It was like walking into a deli back home. We had pork roll (a/k/a Taylor ham to those from North Jersey ), with a fried egg and cheese on a hard roll and on an everything bagel. Both were absolutely delicious. The coffee crumb cake was great as was the coffee. The staff is so friendly and warm, like you’ve known them all along. AJ shared a very curious map that looked like a cross between NJ and FL, very creative. Can’t wait to return and try the lunch menu featuring some very classic sandwiches. Cheers Pete!

NOW THIS IS A JERSEY BAGEL SPOT! AMAZING, delicious bagels with everything they fry being in 100% beef tallow, they use NY water, and all around a 10 out of 10! Stop in and see for yourself the mouth watering, tasty, perfect taste they have. We loved it and will be coming back!

We ordered Pork Roll Pete’s for the morning of our wedding for the bridal & groomsmen suite and their bagels and breakfast platter were AMAZING. We are all from the northeast and are bagel snobs… and it tasted just like home!! They delivered it right to our rooms which was amazing, and then they tasted like perfection. I got the Bees Knees, soooo Good!! NY Seeded Hard roll, 2 fried eggs, American cheese, bacon, honey drizzle, and scallion cream cheese. The flavor was amazing- rich & well balanced. The tangy scallion cream cheese was the perfect balance to the richness bacon egg and cheese.

Originally from Brooklyn NY, been in Florida for over 20 years. Seen all the hype about there sandwiches and the pork roll egg and cheese was the best sandwich I’ve had in Florida since I’ve lived here!!! Their bread is shipped in from Brooklyn New York I give it a 10 out of 10 not to mention I drove over 40 miles to get that sandwich I’ll go back soon for the cheese steak
