I don’t know what is happening with customer service & good quality food. I came to this location due to my children wanting this. I get to drive thru and asked am I using the mobile app. I respond no placing order now. The girl replies well go ahead and order then. Excuse me?! I place my order while ordering “is that all” “is that all” I’m the one ordering I’ll let you know when it’s complete. I get to the window informed of total and provide my card. No Hello, thank you or you’re welcome nothing. Awful customer service…. Food is given to me I say thank you…crickets. I’m missing an order of nachos. They end up giving it to me. I should have checked my order before leaving. My daughter wanted 3 dorito nacho tacos. I can’t believe the crap they gave me. It was literally a tablespoon of meat. I call back and informed them that there is no way they put this scarce amount of meat on the taco. The girl responds that they are cutting back on meat and have been informed to make it that way! I let her know that they should let customers know this prior to ordering and taking money. I told her I’d be returning for a refund. She informs me the GM is the only person who can provide refunds and that she just left. I asked when would she be back. She informed me tomorrow after 12. I will back expeditiously tomorrow. This is absolutely ridiculous and I’ve ordered the same taco from a different location with none of these issues.

I came close to 8pm tonight and they were severely understaffed! As soon as I walked in the door, the customers in there told me it was gonna be a while. I had already ordered on the app , but still had to wait. However, everyone remained calm and understanding! My purpose of this review is to point out that Hannah handled everything amazingly, with a smile on her face! She was with limited help and the pressure was definitely on her. But she was soooo sweet and kind! The customer service she provided is rare!
Also need to add. All of our food was hot and fresh!

Waited in store for 58 minutes to get food. They served drive thru for 30 minutes before anyone even talked to the ten people waiting up front to order. Wild experience. Don’t go here the workers couldn’t care less. I mean it’s my fault for expecting anything out of Taco Bell but yeah waited one hour for food. Saw at least 6 people who had mobile orders just leave after no one even talked to them. Good work Taco Bell

Got to be the worst one I’ve ever been to the food is barely food and they take forever I think i was there for 45 minutes with 2 other people waiting on taco bell nothing really hard to make but of course the excuse is they are short staffed all i can say is if you don’t have to go to this one I would avoid it at all cost I like taco bell some are ok but this one is dead and the workers could care less which is the main reason no drive to even get the food out quickly it’s taco bell for god sakes wish I would have taken more pictures the nachos cheese I ordered all 3 only made 1 when I combined then so 3 dollars for basically 1 I could go on and on but I would stay away let it shut down and maybe something else can take over that prime spot.

Very disappointed. Placed an Uber Eats order which is taking them more than an hr to make a simple crunchwrap. The poor delivery guy had to wait outside for 50 mins. I even called in to the location but no one cares to pick up.

Really a bad service & a bad crew. I had order 2 BLACK BEENS chalupa & veggie mexican pizza … but they put refried beens in chalupa & meat in the mexican pizza. Who gonna put the meat in the veggie pizza. Even i called the they said come back in the morning & bring the receipt i need to eat in the night but not in the morning. I just got home & check the food…. who will check the food when about to go home??? They need proper manager. Who can handle all these things. The guy whom i talked on a phone he wasn’t even ready to listen their own mistake. Would never go back again at this location. Will tell my friends not to go either.

To be perfectly honest, my expectations aren’t very high when eating Taco Bell. However, this place is a dump. After ordering food to go, I heard all the crap goin on in the back the entire time while we waited for food. I heard the F bomb dropped 8 times and about every other curse word in the book to go with it. The employees couldn’t care less that there are customers in the restaurant. It’s a hot mess.

Whoever the chick is with the red hoodie on tonight needs not catch an attitude just because she has to work the late shift at a Taco Bell. When people come here to eat you don’t need someone having an aggressive attitude off the bat when you’re just wanting a taco. I don’t normally make reviews she doesn’t even deserve a fast food job just sit at home with your bad attitude.

This is without a doubt the worst ran Taco Bell in the area. Don’t go for dinner and God forbid you go on a Tuesday. They make every car pull around and park. When was the last time and Taco Bell told you pull around and wait? 20+ min wait for fast food tacos? Never happens. Fire the manager or close the dining room down if you’re understaffed.?

I put in an order for food and after 30+ minutes of waiting, I still had not received it. 15 minutes into waiting, I went up to the counter and me along with one or two other people stood at the counter with nobody acknowledging us the entire time. I eventually had to call for the lady standing at the drive-through window and I asked for a refund because I’ve been waiting for so long and still haven’t not gotten my food, and that proceeded to take about another 5 to 10 minutes.
