I will start off with the workers were not rude people, they were quite friendly actually.. however they’re disgusting. I wish I would have had the courage to speak up and walk out but I just paid and left… One of the workers was complaining about having to come out from the back because he was so sick. Then he open mouth breathed the whole time he made our sandwiches while also looking down just gettin’ ‘em nice and slobbery.. I watched as spit flecks hit all my sandwiches given them a nice shine… then the other worker came over to assist in making sandwiches where he also wide mouth spit showered my sandwiches while they just talked and talked about how sick they’ve been and their coworkers have been recently. He walked from the cash register straight to putting on gloves without handwashing… ya know, basic stuff you learn with ANY food handlers permit.. wild… I really should report this to the health department too… They also made a meatball sub when I asked for the boss 3 times, had to repeat my meat order on the other 2 sandwiches at least 2 times each because this dude was just so out of it.. they shouldn’t have been working.. honestly shame on management for not covering their shifts… maybe mask them at bare minimum? Absolutely disgusting. Please refund me. Thank you. The food went straight into the trash at the gas station up the street. They even said the district manager was in earlier this morning… how sad. Oh he rubbed his running snot rocket nose on his shoulder then did the little booger cocaine snort… really sunk that deep into his throat while he wrapped up my infection sandwich. Yummy. Ah.. let’s not forget about the tray of open water splashing all over the food line from a leaking ceiling… good, good stuff… and the bathrooms, dear lord!! Now hot water in the BATHROOM?? Coming from over 15 years in the service industry… I’m absolutely blown away… I’m not even mad at this point, I’m impressed you’ve even passed inspection… and how was the meatball sub cold? Like, how? We watched you put it in the toaster.. did they forget to hit start? Bruv. but seriously, give me my money back at bare minimum.

By far the worst experience in customer service I’ve ever had. My gluten allergy was a joke to them, they messed up my fiancés sandwich so bad that he instantly threw it away. My sandwich is below. He didn’t heat up the bacon I asked to and then looked up annoyed after he just threw bacon on waiting for me to say the next thing but wouldn’t talk to me. He rang us up, didn’t ask if we even wanted meals, he didn’t even say the price to me. I just was stared at and he couldn’t hurry up fast enough to get on his phone. He was in sweats and a tshirt and definitely didn’t wash his hands. The bathroom had paper towels and toilet paper everywhere. I don’t think I’ll ever go back to a subway franchise again if that’s how there employees are able to work it.

It’s just like every other subway except they are always out of a bunch of things, so don’t go in with your heart set on anything. Today they were out of rotisserie chicken, green peppers, pretzels and 4 of 8 drink options in the fountain. The bathrooms are also a little nasty. It works we go there

Sept 10th at around noon lunch rush, the woman working was by herself with a full restaurant and did a great job under pressure. She deserves a raise, and management needs to be better about staffing. If I was her Id want double pay. Sunday lunch rush by yourself is tough and not sustainable. Again, sandwich was great, employee was kind and fast, but management needs to do better and also give this stellar employee a bonus or something

The lady serving us was in a really bad mood, she rolled her eyes at me when I told her i would use the bathroom first. She had a grumpy face the whole time she made our sub. They were out of lettuce, spinach so told us very abruptly, « we’re out ». She was super fast, so one star for that, but felt like she did not want us there, yuk !

Good food stop for a day on the mountain. I wish I caught the name of the guy that made my sandwich. He really seemed to care about the quality of my sandwich. Everything was spread nicely. Nice even swirls of mustard. Nothing fell out of the sandwich. It was very nice. We stopped at about noon on a Monday.

Young gall working their was nice but my complaint is to subway that they haven’t remodeled this place yet. Ceilings were yellow and can tell that there was a problem with the drywall, the counter were the food is ,it’s always open even when people aren’t taking orders. As I was sitting eating I saw flys crawling all over the vegetables and meat that grossed me out. No wonder I had a stomachache after. All other subway places I been to they had covers for the produce but I can tell since this place is far out of the way it’s not cared about.

If this is a franchise, you need to give up. Not only the worst condition Subway I’ve ever been in, 1/2 sandwich toppings are “out of stock” to include lettuce, tomato’s and several more & was told all cookies are on a national shortage. The bread tastes like it’s been left in an oven for the past three days and crumbled to pieces in my hand. I watched a minimum of three customers walk out furious over the way the two kids behind the counter were treating them while we were eating. I should have left but stayed because my kids were starving. You need to close your doors, worst $50 I ever spent on three sandwiches. Subway should be embarrassed to have their name on the building.

I come here for the customer/ employee experience as well as great food. No longer a bore standing in line. If ever. The Sandwich maker Chris vast in history, and yet speedy at sandwhich making. He can make 4 sandwiches at once, and keeps a great interaction with each customer. He enjoys his work and it shows. Hold on to this one

Drove here to have an affordable sandwich, which is made consistently across every subway restaurant. I asked for a footlong roast beef with herbs and cheese. After the bread was taken out, the worker notified me that the manager had enforced a rule limiting the roast beef sandwiches to 2 slices of roast beef only. I said I wanted a normal sandwich, with several slices across the whole sandwich, and the worker said i could “pay extra to double it to 4 slices”, which would barely cover half the sandwich. Basically, the one running this store is ripping of customers by selling at the fixed price, then shorting them on ingredients. Since they would not make a decent sandwich, I said no thanks, and left. Sad to say this is the only fast food in town, because I will not be visiting here again.
