Pizza is normally passable, but on 10/30/2025 5:02 PM, the service and pizza was terrible. And when I called back to tell the manager, she said she had made our pizza…and it was what was ordered! I sat in the drive-thru an estimated 20 minutes past the estimated traker time! I live 30-40 minutes away…not bringing back a bad pizza! Supposedly “light” sauce!

After ordering and having my food delivered promptly a week ago, we decided to place an other order. Today, after placing my order on the Dominos app that states that I am within delivery range (6 miles), I received a rude phone call. After answering the phone, an employee told me “you are way too far to deliver. We are not going out there” I explained that I received a delivery just a week ago, and he cut me off “we aren’t going out there!”
Considering that I just received a delivery a week ago and the app allows me to order because I am in range, a rude phone call was the last thing I expected. If they are short handed, I completely understand. However, the approach was poor.

1030 pm 8 Sep 2025. Ordered via the app. The pizza was perfect. Those guys know the meaning of “extra,” when it’s ordered. At other places I get, “Oh, you can’t see the extra bell pepper and onion because they’re under the cheese.” On this order, it was obvious and delicious and abundant.

The pizzas are always great! They usually get the order delivered in a timely manner. The quality of the pizzas is always superb and the employees are always nice when you go in or to the window.

I have had plenty of Domino’s and I always love it. Just moved here from Texas and I decided to order from this Domino’s. I was really disappointed. The pizza was not cooked all the way and the dough was gummy and still white on the edges, toppings still looked raw and cheese very white. Absolutely disgusting. Just check your boxes before leaving store or when delivered. They definitely need training at this location. I heard from my neighbor they had the same issue here so they go to a place called Fox’s pizza from now on. Crazy how you can mess up cooking a pizza but whoever is in there cooking needs training. My wife mentioned to them the pizza was not cooked all the way and the employee said the oven is up to the right temperature. Smh… Maybe it’s how long you need to cook the pizza and not the temp.
