I came in first thing in the morning and had a tray of nachos to go. The food tasted amazing, and I would totally order it again. The only thing that could be better is the chips. The nacho chips were soggy when I drove home to eat them. I would recommend eating the nachos in-store. The restaurant was decently clean, as you can see from the photos, but not spotless. They opened on time, and were very friendly and seemed to be happy to be there. I love this location and I plan to come back more.

I used to love going to Moes! I visited this location 2 day ago, ordered through the app for pick up for my lunch break. Upon walking in, there were other customers in the dinning area with a dog sitting up on the table serving the dog food straight off the table. My food was ready so I just grabbed it and left. My food was cold, my queso was missing and there was so much sour cream(that I requested none of) & guacamole that it was very mushy and inedible. What’s worse is how bad the prices are, I payed a little over $30 to have to throw most of it away! If I ever do decide to return to Moes, it definitely will NOT be this location.

Used to like coming here, but recently when visiting my girlfriend and I came here together and had a pretty negative experience because of just one of the male employees (medium/long messy hair, chubby, young guy). When we entered the line he said something extremely rude about us that I won’t repeat, and another employee loudly replied to him “why would you say that?!”, I was shocked and I don’t think my girlfriend heard it, so I just let it slide however I don’t believe people like him should be working in service based jobs dealing with customers if they’re bad natured and rude. That kind of behavior is extremely inappropriate and childish, and makes no sense to be insulting random customers especially who did nothing wrong or even looked at you. After going in another time, saw the same guy and he had the same bad attitude and shooting rude looks. The other employees are great, but this location of the business is being dragged down by a particular individual sadly.

The service here is not all that great. They just stand around and look at you, and they can tell when it’s your first time visiting and you’re not exactly sure where to go. There’s not a lot of assistance that is offered. It’s a shame because you’re made to feel like you’re stupid and the food, at least what I had—a steak burrito– is good.

I ordered directly off the Moe’s app for delivery. They delivered a Marco’s pizza and wings. They refused to give me a refund or resend my order because it said “delivery complete”. They hung up on me twice without giving me a refund even though I never received my order.
Edit: I did receive a refund a few days later

The food is great. Will always come here. But be careful if you order IN STORE. Multiple times now they have tried up charging my burrito to a Homewrecker when I never put guacamole on my burrito. Check before you pay!

The service and the atmosphere is amazing. They greet every customer as soon as they come in. And they give lots and lots of free chips the only problem I would say is moe’s overall doesn’t have a lot of taste in their food and it’s very bland as compared to other mexican bowls.

It’s unfortunate that this place as empty as it is they should provide a better service and at least give you a bit more of the protein you order than just stuff up or bowl with more rice and beans. The girl looked liked she was counting the number of sliced steaks she was serving on my bowl.
