We normally have very quick service, order is correct and all the staff is always friendly. I’m not sure if the drive thru person was having a bad day or? We tried to order, but she kept cutting us off. We asked her to repeat our order, but it was wrong. We finally got our order corrected and went to the window. She was very short with us and handed a bag with hot sauce and a taco. We waited at the window and she finally opened it asking what we needed. We told her the rest of our order. She apologized and gave us our order. After getting home, our order was correct but there were other items we hadn’t ordered. I hope whoever was behind us checked their order before they left.

Tried out this newer taco casa in Athens. The service was fast. It took less than 5 minutes to get my food. The food tasted good no complaints. I’ll definitely come back to this location.

My husband and i ate here on 1/2/26 around 3pm and we ordered two burrito supreme and a salad supreme no tomatos or jalapenos. The burritos were barely burritos and the salad was all lettuce and alittle bit of toppings. We both thought the lettuce tasted off and we both got sick on it and couldnt eat anything afterwards

Unfortunately, the wait was long, and they forgot one of our tacos. I was down the road and didn’t bother going back. The prices have gone up, like with everything else, so I would have liked to have gotten my complete order since I paid for all of it. The food was still good.

We have always had excellent service and food at this location except today. The usual staff was not there. Ordered 2 tacos & a burrito. We were short 1 taco. The burrito was runny. The 1 taco was soggy. Husband made the trip back in to get my other taco. The employee never said a word. No apology or I’ll take care of that. Just gave him a look & turned around with his receipt. Brought him back a taco. Still no conversation. But that 2nd taco was great! I’ll be back! Just hope the regular staff will be there too.
