Very friendly people working here!
Much respect for giving me chili’s on the side, and also for being the only taboo place having carrots around here. Love that.
The Tacos were just ok, but felt like they were missing something. They seemed a lil small too. I like that they use double tortillas so it doesn’t fall apart.

Tried this place out the other day and was very pleased. I got 4 tacos all different meats (Chorizo, Beef, Pollo, and Pastor.) and they were all really good and super flavorful. The portion sizes are really good and the meat is pretty high quality stuff. I can’t really give it a high rating in terms of atmosphere as it is just a food truck, and my service was alright. All in all probably my favorite taco truck I’ve had in the Midlands so far.

Just FINALLY stopped after years of saying I would….I’m a little upset that I waited years to try this food ! Very good and the portion sizes are huge ! the half chicken was juicy and marinated well and the tacos are awesome. Hot sauce is very good as well. Will definitely be back

I’ve been in Lexington since July 2022, since then I’ve been searching for a little piece of home (Atlanta) here. Atlanta’s almost overwhelming choices of international cuisine are not met in Lexi-Cola.
This specific one is about tacos. The near endless abundance of street tacos in Atlanta lets you choose your favorite spot determined by the proximity of your home. In my case, I miss Don Pedro and Taco Veloz. I thought I’d finally found a match with an unassuming Taco truck. Unfortunately the less-than-seasoned over cooked steak was dry and the rice wasn’t cooked thoroughly. I wanted this place to be so much more.

I try to eat at all of the local food trucks, especially the taco trucks, to figure out which places have the best food. This one is my go to when I want tacos. The pork tacos are the best in my opinion but I have not tried them all yet. They are very friendly and the food is always great. I am trying something different today, a half baked or grilled chicken (there is a picture on the right side of the truck since I don’t remember the name). When you get your food, there will be cut carrots and onions on the side…. Don’t throw them away, they are not garnishes and I don’t eat carrots that often but these are marinated in something and are very good. They only add to the exceptional food that this truck is dishing out every day. Good job.

This is hands down, by far, BY FAR, the best place to get authentic Mexican food in this whole state. They barely speak English, it’s a run down little truck in the middle of the ghetto area of Columbia: you already know it’s the best tacos in town. I made the hour drive from Sumter to come eat here on the recommendation from a Mexican friend that this was actually good food. 10/10 worth the drive. Everything was god tier.
