Ordered two drinks and two dilly bars! $10.00 are yallbout of yalls damn mind!!! Got the dilly bars which had melted at some point and then been refrozen. When I went back around to show them the ice cream, they tried giving me two more that were exactly like I had just taken back. I got my money back. I did witness the lady at the window put back the two ice cream that I had just taken back in the freezer. Dame on you Dariy Queen!!!

Dairy Queen has some great food and reasonable prices. The ice cream is fantastic and the choices are excellent. The service could be a little better. Sometimes you have to wait a long time for your order, that could be because they usually have just a teenager taking orders and one other person cooking the food. Consistency is sometimes a problem, the tea is usually out or someone makes you a great desert but then the next time you go, someone else makes it differently. Over all it’s a nice change of pace from all the trendy hot spots.

We ordered 3 times in a week and every time they left items out of our order! We also ordered in the drive-through and finally pulled around so I could go inside after 15 minutes of waiting for a hot dog, fries, and drink. When I went inside, they didn’t even know what my drink was. Poor service!!!

The waitstaff took our order inside and didn’t seem interested in preparing it. When I went to check I saw two of them in the kitchen area visiting on their phones. When one finally acknowledged me she said she was waiting for the queso sauce to heat up. After a second trip to the counter our order was brought out. When we asked about pecante sauce we were told they were out of it.
After we ate we ordered dipped cones and that took a full 25 minutes.

My wife and I try different places regularly. This dairy queen had been closed for a long time and reopened a short while back. We decided to give try them today for taco tuesday. The service was ok, My fries were old and stale, the Tea must have been several days old it wasn’t drinkable. The first 4 tables we tried were dirty, seems a shame seeing they just opened. Looking around the dining area was nasty the floor was so sticky my wife’s shoes stuck to the floor. Probably won’t return to this one for awhile.. We both Love DQ.

Service from cashier was excellent but on the other hand there was another employee whom had her boyfriend visit her at work was giving our party attitude with eye rolls and kept staring especially when cashier would ask a question she would answer him very rudely and tell him you know this. I believe employees like her will end up bringing your business down.

Good food, prepared well, but a little pricy for fast food. Also a lot of the staff seemed new which made things run a little slow. Still worth a stop if you don’t mind spending $25-$30 for two people on a lazy day. Better than Wataburger at about the same prices.

We have come here multiple times & noone ever would acknowledge the drive thru to take our order. There were two cars in the parking lot, so they weren’t busy, which if that had been the case I’d understand. This last time we drove around & a blonde guy was just hanging out at the drive thru window talking to someone instead of doing his job. Yes, I could go inside but with young children it’s easier to order at the drive-thru. We will drive across town to the other DQ if we want something from now on.

Would give them more stars had they not gotten rid of the best worker there. Only 1-2 workers who are genuinely nice and actually do their job right. Managers/supervisors are constantly outside smoking and on their phones while other workers are struggling. Orders can take upwards of 30 minutes to an hour to be made IF they’re made correctly. They really need better management and learn how to keep the good workers instead of keeping to atrocious ones. One girl in charge would just sit with her boyfriend while others were struggling. She snapped at a cashier who was trying to do 3 things at once. Very disappointed and felt bad for the cashier. Won’t be coming back
