The place is very good overall, but the employees always seem to work with a very bad attitude. They treat customers poorly, make faces, and act like they’re doing us a favor. I don’t know if they’re paid too little to act that way, but customers are not to blame for that. Every time there’s a new girl working there, she never lasts long because they keep the same bitter employees as always.

The place is very clean, everyone was friendly and welcoming & everything was SOOOO good! I found this last week and have been back 3 times already lol. They just have so many good items on the menu to choose from, so I try a few different things every time I come & NOTHING has disappointed me yet! People should most definitely try this place out. 10000/10 for me 🙂

I had a very disappointing experience here. My baby suddenly got sick and threw up which was already stressful and embarrassing as a parent. Instead of offering help or understanding, the staff gave me a mean look and told me they were going to bring me a mop so I could clean it myself. Then after waiting on them to bring me something to clean staff came to me with an attitude being extremely rude and loud that made everyone quiet and told me to go get the mop and clean it. Until she noticed I started recording her. She lowered her voice at me. I understand accidents are inconvenient, but the way the situation was handled felt very unprofessional and lacking basic compassion.
When I explained that I didn’t feel it was appropriate for me to be asked to clean it and said I would be leaving a review about the experience, a staff member became upset and chased me, used inappropriate language toward me. That made the situation even more uncomfortable.
I understand businesses have policies, but kindness and professionalism go a long way, especially when a parent is dealing with a sick child. I hope management addresses how situations like this are handled in the future so other families don’t have a similar experience being called “disgusting woman” and being cursed.

The ice cream was probably the best I’ve ever tasted. So many flavors to choose from. I don’t speak Spanish but when it comes to food I can break through any language barrier..The people were awesome and kind. Everything was fresh, flavors were amazing. Also, the prices were very reasonable for what you are getting.

Absolutely horrible customer service. Lady here acts as if she doesn’t even want customers. Decided to yell at a young mother and her children and chase them outside simply because her child threw up. Such a traumatizing thing to do to children. Go back to school and learn some manners.

This place was great! The variety of ice cream flavors to choose from was more than enough to find something to suit anyone’s fancy. The prices are great as well . I had one scoop in a cup, and my son had two scoop cones, and it was a little over $7.00. Decor was beautiful as well.

Went into this random ice cream shop and was drawn in because of the “homemade ice cream sign.” This place is locally owned and the Hispanic woman who took our order was so sweet and helpful. This was by far the best mango ice cream I’ve ever had!
