Wonderful experience! We tried the spinach artichoke croissants and my son had the chocolate croissant and both were amazing. Got several cookies, a chocolate croissant and cinnamon roll to go as well. Variety of drinks to choose from including juice, milk, chocolate milk and coffee bar. Teas available, full loaves of bread, croutons and more! We will definitely be back to try the soups of the day this fall. Enjoyed from ages 2 – 93! 😉 Owner was very friendly and helpful, hidden gem of Rogersville!

Wow, wow, wow! I cannot get enough of the baked goods at Thyme to Loaf! We got a loaf of sour dough bread, a ham and cheese croissant, and a slice of banana cream pie—all of them I would buy again in a heartbeat! The ham and cheese croissant was fresh, flaky, and delicious and they had it warmed up! The banana cream pie was excellent, and the pie crust was some of the best I have ever had. I cannot wait to try more. I highly recommend stopping by to give them a try!

The bacon and veggies quiches were amazing and kid approved. We had good drip coffee and a cinnamon roll, too. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. They’ve changed the times to 7am-2pm for the “thyme” being….lol

Absolutely wonderful!! I didn’t get to try the quiche, so that’s a goal. But the basic sandwich on focia bread was perfect. Blueberry cinnamon roll was fantastic. Pina colada cake was a stepped up dulce de leches masterpiece. German chocolate iced cupcake was to die for. Strawberry Danish, amazing. Will be back for sure!!

Excellent quality. Price is fair. However, everything sweet I’ve tried has nutmeg (the cinnamon rolls would be perfect otherwise) or a similar spice, which is a very specific flavor profile. Everything savory is absolutely LOADED with onions. If you’re not a fan of either of these things (me) then this place is an ALMOST.
