Service is absolutely terrible. The workers have no manners whatsoever. Me and my sister went together through the drive-through and ordered a muffin for my mom- which they forgot. Another thing was that when we came back for the muffin, the workers did not apologize for doing their job incorrectly. When we got home, I was chewing on my munchkin and there was a blonde hair inside it. I have black hair. Absolutely disgusting.

Today we forgot to order our child munchkins at the intercom. So we figured we would just add them at the window but the young man at the window said he could not add them at the window. So we asked if someone else would be able to put them in and he said we cannot add anything at the window and we’ll have to go back around and order at the intercom. All of this when my toddler is very upset. It would have taken 30 seconds to put the order in, less time then me trying to convince the young man to do the right thing. So we left and went to another Dunkin down the road. Then as we pull if we notice lint in our hash browns. Terrible experience first thing in the morning.

Constantly messing up my order and drive through.. today I ordered a sandwich and two hash browns. Got home, only one hash brown order. Recently ordered a bagel with cream cheese. Barely any cream cheese on the bagel. There’s been multiple times they have messed up my order. I’m just going to stop going there.

So I pulled in this Sunday Morning to grab an iced coffee before church ordering, picking up my order, paying was so convenient and easy and the cashier was perhaps nicest guy under the sun! Deffinently wanna keep getting my morning coffee here. Thank you guys so much for the friendly experience!

my favorite dunkin!! my coffee always comes out great, and there is one specific worker who is always at the window greeting me. he is extremely friendly and professional, and always brightens up my mornings!!
