Been getting pizza here for 15 years. The last couple times the pizza has been very doughy in the center on the bottom. It’s a shame, because the pizza is very good, but not when they can’t cook it properly all of a sudden. I order at least once every couple of weeks. It’s very agitating when you pick up the pizza, drive 20 minutes back just to discover it’s severely undercooked.
Also, the parking lot needs some serious attention.

Pizza Joe’s is off the beaten path and has great food! Especially their wedgies. They have an 18 hole mini-golf course that we tried out also. We had a lot of fun. Pizza Joe’s is worth checking out. You won’t be disappointed.

UPDATE: this place has gotten much better over the years. We order here at least once every other week. Our order still gets messed up once in a while but it still taste good.
Staff was not friendly in the least. The older lady was very short with me. And was more interested in going outside to smoke then help me. My pizza wasn’t correct. But the breadsticks were delicious. I will go back and try again.

I was excited to order from here for the first time tonight (08/26/23), especially after reading reviews from people saying how good the food was. Unfortunately, I didn’t make it that far. The young man who answered the phone to take my order was SO rude and unpleasant.. I just couldn’t let it slide. After trying to ask a couple questions about the menu, I finally had enough of his snide comments and rude tone, so I just told him to cancel my order because someone else would be getting my money tonight instead. Now I’ll never get to know how good Pizza Joe’s food may or may not be.. Oh well! Good thing they got lots of competitors who know how to treat their customers with basic human decency. If you have had a similar experience, I urge you to speak up on it as well!

It breaks my heart to have to even say this… I have been a devout CL PJ’s fan and pizza eater for 31 years. But with the new ownership, quality of this place has fallen off a cliff. For the SECOND TIME THIS WEEK, I just called in an order, went to pick up, and they said “someone else got my pizza.” Their offer to make it right was to offer to make me another one, if I wanted to wait 50 more minutes, and still pay full price for it. I waited an hour for the first one because wait times are now consistently an hour plus! Pizza quality, while using the same delicious ingredients, is now less than half as good, because nobody making the pizzas cares about what they are doing. Ordered a BBQ chicken pizza maybe 2 weeks ago (the 1 out of 3 orders I actually received) and it was disgusting. So much bbq sauce the entire crust was soggy and floppy. Why try and sell someone a pizza you would NEVER eat yourself? This place’s days are now numbered, I hope someone else buys it and saves it soon.

Great price, and the buffalo chicken pizza is the best I ever had. The Antipasto salad is also very good, they give a great portion for the price! Will definitely order more when in town.
