Called at 8:56. New person taking my order. No problem. First night but customer service on zero. Finally got the order in at 9:15. My food didn’t arrive to 11:41.Of course all the food is cold. I called the store . Same person answered the phone. After I told them my issue. There’s no hold on just, “Manager!” Yelled in the phone. The manager never came to the phone. Every news eve we order from this restaurant as our family tradition, but this will probably be the last year we order.

This was a delivery order. We are two miles away from the store. We waited 55 minutes for a mediocre expensive pie. It was cold and looks like yesterday’s inventory. It’s bad when tweens turn their noses up at pizza. What’s with the crust?!

Worst service I’ve ever had in my entire life. Placed an order, waited for nearly 2 hours before the website updated saying my order was canceled. No phone call, text or email. Called the next day to enquire as to why and was told there was a lack of drivers. Asked the person who answered if I could place an order for 1 am delivery on Sunday night/Monday morning and was told “sure”. I asked if the still had my delivery and payment info and was told the pizza would be free. Waited until 1:15, no pizza. Called and the message said they closed at midnight.

Ordered from here for the first time today, and it’s not something we’ll spend money on again. Subs were mostly bread and didn’t taste terrible but weren’t exactly good either. You can get better-tasting food with better portion sizes for the same price at other restaurants.

Came here from Ohio and got it our first night and it was great my family loved it. Ordered it again another night on our trip through door dash as before and my ordered was cancelled after the times kept changing couldn’t find a solid dasher – it happens – I called the restaurant to see if I could just pick it up – the man I spoke to said I don’t even know if it’s here you’ll have to contact door dash -me thinking but sir..you’re still there..what happened to my food? I ordered me my friend and daughters pizza for us and I placed it around 6:30 7:00. it said it would come between 7:40 and 7:50. at 8:30 i called asking where the driver was and they said it was about to leave. 20 minutes later I call again. mind u its 10 minutes up the road they say its almost there so we go out for 10 minutes nobody came. so we called again saying nobody came and they said they should be there any minute so we go out for 30 minutes waiting “big suprise”nobody came so we called again. mind u its almost 9:00 and we ordered at 6:30 we called again asking for a refund and to not worry about it so I get them mcdonalds and while im gone at like 9:30 they hear a knock on the door im pretty sure u know who it is and they are all surprised wondering why she still came after saying nevermind she said all her orders are late. we ordered supreme and pepperoni mikes hot honey pizza the girls tried it tasted like a regular pepperoni pizza COLD so after waiting 3 hours for a pizza thats cold 10 minutes away and got the wrong pizza they said the refund would take 5-7 business days after all that im never getting chenellos ever again I’d rather get pizza hut anything beats cold wrong 3 hours out in hot car pizza ty for it anyway.

I placed a delivery order yesterday 6/1/25 at 6:40pm at my local restaurant and not only did I emphasize that I needed extra napkins several times during the order process but I had to repeat my pizza details several times as well. I was told that they were out of mushrooms (which I love and comes with a supreme pizza) and also I ordered a Pepsi but they only had Diet Pepsi which I do mind. So when my order was delivered there were NO napkins at all and the pizza looked sloppy and the worst thing of all was the 2 liter Pepsi. When I opened the bottle top something was off. There was no fizzing like a fresh soda would be. And it tasted flat. I looked for the expiration date on the bottle and it expired back in April. Here it is 2 months later and you mean to tell me that nobody checks their inventory to make sure that they don’t have stock outdated before they sell them to their customers? I’ve worked at a very renown pizza establishment before and we never ever missed changing out expired inventory. I’m about to call the store manager and make a complaint and ask for a refund.

Good evening chanellos, I would like to inform you about tanisha Tisha not sure how to spell it but to continue I was baffled by the service she was rude my pizza nor my cheese bread came with sauce my uss norfolk was the worst no steak the bread was burt wasn’t cut lettuce was brown. I called and I just asked for a refund cause 1 they where every unprofessional and was trying to tell me that I was lying and I had to text her a picture of my sub so at that point I asked for a refund and she gone tell me she can’t do that I had to inform her I came from chanellos 2019-2022 store #32 high street I know what Yu can and can not do I asked to speak to the manager she told me she was and find out she wasnt. I dont know what kind of tomfoolery they have going on but I don’t appreciate it at all in the least slightest bit cause I know that’s not high st.

So happy that Chanellos were willing to make us a vegan cheese pizza with the Miyokos liquid mozzarella we brought in. The vegan veggie pizza we ordered was hot, fresh, and delicious! We hope they add vegan cheese options to their menu
