Awesome food truck! My family members were ordering from the Mexician food truck but I wasn’t feeling it. I saw the New York Italian Sammie’s truck and it turned out to be an amazing choice. I got the Plain Jane which is a chicken cutlet on a hoagie bun with provolone, lettuce, tomato and mayo. It was super fresh, crispy and so good. I also got the fries which my entire table enjoyed. The service was friendly and helpful. I would highly recommend this food truck.

1st time trying this place. Food was amazing. I ordered Kayla’s Pick, Antipasto Salad, the Turkey Club, & a Pasta salad. Mind you the sandwiches in my pictures was after i remembered to take a picture so i had already ate some, they are of a generous girth like my belly i cant wait to go back & try the other items

i absolutely love this place! we had heard about it from a few friends and decided to give it a try. my friend and i had a variety of sandwiches. i had the Buffalo Bill Sammie – if you love anything buffalo flavored, this is your sammie! chef’s kiss. my friend had Kayla’s Pick – if you love red peppers and mozzarella cheese, look no further. the Pasta Salad and the Watermelon Salad (beyond refreshing, the mint is a great touch) are great sides! aside from the great food, the staff was incredibly friendly and even took the time to ask us what we liked and made recommendations. the sandwiches are perfect portions, i wish i could’ve have tried more but will definitely be going back. 10/10!!

After the last food truck which was Mexican and was never open left, this place came in. I am a big fan of sandwiches, so I decided to check this place out. I opted for the Kayla’s Pick. This was a very thin breaded chicken cutlet, like it had been pounded out and fried. You had the options of chips or French fries. For a “New York” style sandwich place, I thought other side options might have been more appropriate. The sandwich is on a hoagie. I expected the bread to be a little crisp on the outside and chewy on the inside. It was soft all the way around. The chicken cutlet had little flavor. The only redeeming quality of the roasted pepper and the mozzarella cheese, but the cheese was not even melted. In fact, the bread was not even toasted either. The service was fantastic. I quickly placed my order and they immediately went to work on it.
I am not sure if they are trying to see what works with their menu, or what. They might look into getting more “authentic” New York style bread if they want to call it a “New York sammie”. I would also suggest them putting in a tad bit more effort, like toasting the bread and meting the cheese. Also, other side options would be great. I know in a small truck, it it difficult to cater to everyone. What about potato salad or something other than a small bag of chips or fries? Just a thought. Overall, it was a good experience. I am glad to see them in the Food Truck community of Buda.

We had the bacon, egg, and cheese and the fried eggplant sandwich today. Tasting that BEC SPK took me right back to 10 years ago in New Jersey as soon as I put it in my mouth. We will definitely be back to try the rest of the menu
