5/5/5 across the board. Favale’s is one of the best in the Ramsey and the surrounding area for a hearty and cozy italian meal. My friends, husband, and i have been coming here since 2022 when they lived across the way. the owner is always kind and welcoming, waiters always attentive, and the smell of the brick oven is intoxicating! can’t go wrong with anything on the menu. BYOB is always a great $$ saver (there’s a liquor store next door if needed). even their dessert is delicious! our favorite staple has always been the butternut squash pizza with hot honey drizzled on top. it may sound strange- but thank me later! the caesar salad is also one of my favorites as is the gnocchi bolognese. definitely don’t miss the opportunity to pop into Favale’s, for either a take out or dine in jersey italian experience! consistently delicious

Solid! The coal fire pie was made to perfection with no hot spots(burned). The sauce has a great flavor as did the cheese. There is definitely flop but not bad. The garlic bread is a nicely seasoned pizza crust – the side of marinara was needed.

Very reasonably priced comfortable small Italian food restaurant. Neapolitan style pizza was done nicely with thin tasty crust and fresh mozzarella. Mussels and chop salad were very good. Entrees were adequate.

First time visiting. We were a group of 9. We came for some brick oven pizza. We were not disappointed. We ordered the white sauce pizza, margherita, pepperoni and cheese. Loved all of them. Thin crust and flavorful. They came with chicken wings which were also good. They serve water when seated. Definitely will come back.

We had a very large group of 20 and I booked this restaurant not knowing much about it and just based on reviews. When you look at this place, its pretty unassuming given it just looks like a standard pizza place in a strip mall, but the restaurant is so much more. The food did not disappoint and we were incredibly impressed by the quality and taste of everything we ordered. The pizza was really, really good. Since we were a large party, we sampled a lot of the menu. The linguine with clams was delicious–a really nice sized portion and fresh clams and the pasta was cooked really well. Their appetizers and salads were all big and fresh and yummy as well. I was also incredibly impressed with the service for such a large party. I will definitely return when in the area!

Came in with a couple friends for dinner and was surprised to hear we needed a reservation as we didn’t expect it to be full but quickly found out why when we arrived back an hour later. The food was extremely good and very reasonably priced. Rice balls were good, pizza good, chicken parm hero very good. Garlic bread amazing. Service amazing. And accommodation by the owner very appreciated.

This was an absolutely amazing experience. We stopped at Favales on a whim, but we’re very happy that we did. The vibe of the place was impressive right from the start, we got a spot right by the cashier and had a front row seat for how the team worked together. We were seated beside a very friendly couple who were regulars and had nothing but positive things to say, pointing out the drive and versatility of the owner and how the team worked together like a well oiled machine. The waitress was helpful and knowledgeable, offering descriptions and recommendations that were perfect. The prosciutto and pear pizza was divine, the coal fired oven added unexpected layers to the flavor. If you get the chance to stop by here, expected or unexpected, take it.

Delicious thin-crusted coal fire pizza! Does it get any better than Favale’s?? They also do a garlic bread pizza that is amazing for an appetizer/side. Nice size restaurant and always filled with returning happy customers.

One of the best Cesar salads I ever had. Chicken piccata was much different than your used to and it was excellent. Will definitely go back and try their pizza. Make a reservation on especially weekends they were turning customers away they were fully booked!
