We placed an order. Waited 30 minutes, asked if they had it they said they did. Waited ten more minutes and then they said yeah we don’t have your order, cost 5 bucks more because it wasn’t happy hour anymore

If I could give this place zero stars I would. Super unpleasant person who took our order. She sounded annoyed that we were there. Then we ordered a pup cup that cost us $1.08 and it was whipped cream instead of ice cream. My dog was not impressed. Avoid this place.

I ordered a corn dog and it was burnt, the tater tots were overdone almost to the point of being burnt. And the individual who delivered our food out to the car asked if I wanted my change back. I have been in food service for many years and I’ve never begged for a tip!

Girl taking order was absolutely rude, we was making a “big” order..family of 4 and she kept trying to cut me off. And then actually did b4 I was done. When food came out the old lady was just as rude and food was wrong.

I went to pick up my order I ordered on the app and when I got my LARGE ONION RINGS I would have called it a small and someone one came out to remake it and when they brought it back out 10 minutes later it looks as though they only added 2-3 onion rings in it barely a medium. I don’t think I’ll be back for awhile as this happens all the time with the onion rings. Everyone either needs to be trained on what the difference is between sizes and/or trained again im tired of paying for something im not getting.

Fish sandwich was hard.fried to long or something.not much flavor.tator tots were cold and greasey.every time i get food at this sonic its not good.ive gotten sick 2 times on food.i just go for drinks.hopefully they dont mess that up.do better sonic in seneca,ks. Not much competion here,so step up and do good.
