at 5pm today after waiting 10min in line i was finally able to order after waiting at the payment window for 8 min i was finally told to pull around it will be a 12 min wait parking next to the others waiting for their chicken around front looking for a parking spot next to the backed up drive through line running around the store near the highway …. after 20 more min of waiting around front for 10pcs tender and a 12pcs mix… 50 min had elapsed with a child in the back seat hungry. we finally made it home to eat. the shift manager that brought the food said to me without me ever saying a word and trying to stay calm and patient i was told “YOUR WELCOME” So RUDE unorganized and in need of retraining or restaffing this is not how you run a business and this is one of many issues from past experiences Tom Okeef Please talk to Paul Brazzel about his franchise operation please. 60+ dollars for this kind of service is unacceptable.

I wanted authentic southern fried chicken in Louisana instead of commercialized Popeyes. I was so disappointed that I literally cried when I backed out the carpark and saw a Popeyes right next door. At least I would have enjoyed my meal.

I ran across this place while traveling and almost passed it by. Until I saw the amount of cars going through the drive thru on a Thursday night, usually a good sign. The food came out very fast, even with the long drive thru line. The chicken was hot and had a nice seasoning. The coleslaw was good as well. The employees were nice and pleasant. The interior could use an update, but it is not horrible.

New to the area, this was my first cajun chicken. Just the right amount of spicie heat. It was really a good meal.
The crew was happy and laughter filled the place. My only complaint was that it needed a good cleaning. Especially the inside door handle.

Best Fried chicken franchise in the South in MY opinion. Always seasoned right with enough spice, and priced just right. Highly recommend this one in Farmerville, LA and the one in EL Dorado, AR.

6/27 at 9:40pm. Came up to the drive through to order a family pack. Was told they don’t have enough chicken for the size order I placed (16 dark). I thought that was kinda odd, so I asked if they were out of chicken. She said they didn’t have enough time to cook the chicken since they closed at 10. It doesn’t take 20min to fry chicken, and I’m pretty sure company policy is to freshly cook your customer’s food even if they show up at 9:59. I’m severely disappointed and was incredibly aggravated that I couldn’t order food for my family. There was very poor management this evening.
