I’ve been coming here for a while now for their Cevichon and fish tacos! I found this gem of a business after receiving a recommendation from my brother. When I tell you the flavor developed in this ceviche is like no other in town – I mean it! It’s not your traditional ceviche, it’s definitely elevated and it has that seafood flavor that I crave! The service is fast and friendly, the man that handles everything is very nice.

Stopped by for some shrimp ceviche, fish tacos, and the gobernador taco.
They were all served in a timely manner off a clean food trailer. We ate in our truck since there is no seating available.
No complaints here on the food, everything we ordered tasted great.

ordered the shrimp tacos, and the shrimp wasn’t cleaned at all still have the poop inside of it. I think you should take time to clean the poop inside the shrimp before you serve them and only takes a little bit of time.
