Their Italian sandwiches are great! The order was correct, one with mayo and one with oil. I should of asked for it to be cut in half but no biggie! If you want black olives ask for them or they won’t be on your sandwich. Overall a quick and efficient staff had our order ready and we were happy with our order.

We don’t go here very often but last time we went, the staff impressed us. We called in 6 subs and walked in to order 2 more. They were all great and the ladies were friendly. We just don’t go often because we’re not huge fans of their pizza.

I’ve never been to Sam’s before today. Service and pricing were fair to good but do people actually choose to eat this kind of “Italian” food? The pasta was overcooked, sauce bland, the pizza was undercooked and toppings were sparse. The boneless “wings” were breast meat and soggy. The fries were nice.

Let me first say that I have never written a bad review. I understand people work hard, and I know it takes a lot to run a business. This restaurant over charges for its flavorless “Italian.” The noodles are overcooked, and all of the sauces have little to no flavor. When ordering a “cream cone,” I wasn’t expecting a packaged pastry made in a factory for almost $2.50 a piece! Food should be prepared fresh and mostly from scratch. If not, then don’t price gouge your sub par food with sub par ingredients.

Staff is lovely. Gluten free pizza is kinda lackluster, but they at least offer it, and to this day there has been no issues of getting glutened by it. I just wish the price wasn’t so high for it.

Party room located upstairs also has back entrance. All day entry! I didn’t feel rushed witch is a plus. Room prices are great. The drink prices are awful. I bought 4 20oz soda pops and a 20oz water for $24$ !! Plus room rental/lunch $75 2 16in 1 top pizzas 2 orders of boneless wings.

Let me first state that I’ve been a cook for my entire adult life and this was by far the worst experience I’ve had getting food.
Now this might just be the location (Rumford, ME) and not the whole chain overall. I ordered a chicken deluxe sandwich with fries and two orders of regular size cheese sticks with extra marinara. What I received I was later appalled at. I got the chicken sandwich but with no fries, only one order of cheese sticks that were pretty burnt and hard, and get this. The extra marinara I got was CHILI! No marinara at all just a tub of chili.
It absolutely baffles me how someone could mess this up this badly. Like I said, it’s probably the location but because of this I will never go back to a Sam’s. I would heavily suggest they get new employees there.

Terrible experience! After waiting for 30 minutes for them to bring the food out we found out that they had lost the order and hadn’t started preparing it. After waiting another 10 minutes we told them to pack it up because we had no more time to spare and had to get home. They said sorry and offered us a single whoopie pie. My wife and I did not take it. My wife said at least McDonald’s gives you a certificate when they screw up your order. The manager made no reply and that was the end of our experience with Sam’s.
