what a great pizza shop! The owner, Corwin, is a very friendly and interesting guy. He clearly takes great pride and his craft. He has decided not to open other locations in order to keep his life work balance in order and not to put money making over the quality of his work. I admire him for that. More to the point, for all of you, this is one of the best pizzas I’ve ever had anywhere.

Stopped in on a whim headed north for a ski trip, so glad we did! The pizza was so good. Ingredients were fresh and you could tell the owner/chef cared about his work. 100% recommend this place for all things pizza! Will make it a point to stop in next time we’re close by.

We are in town for a hockey tournament & had the great fortune of finding Cibo Pizza for lunch. The owner is exceptionally friendly with extraordinary customer service skills. We had the Bee Pun Pizza & the 3 Cheese Bread. Both were outstanding & we couldn’t stop eating it despite full bellies! This place is an absolute must for lunch or dinner. Highly recommend! Can’t wait to come back the next time we’re in town!!!

First time going to Cibo(CHEE-BO) Pizza and my wife and could not have been happier with the result! The menu made it easy to find something we like. We tried a classic Pepperoni/Green Pepper with Garlic Aoli sauce finish. This was without a doubt the best pizza I’ve had since my wife and I owned our own pizza bar. 5 stars all around. Highly recommend this One-Man-Band Pizza Joint.

4 stars because most importantly, this is consistantly delicious pizza. It reliably lives up to the standard it set for itself with my first slice, which I can’t say for any other pizza in the area. If he added a different mushroom topping that’s fresh rather than pre-roasted (just a personal preference), that would be a 6th star.

Amazing pizza and amazing service. I got the vegan pickle pizza with Alfredo base. I have the alpha gal allergy so pizza has been off the menu for me until now!!!! It was phenomenal! My partner got the non vegan mushroom pepperoni and that was also phenomenal! It’s super hard to find a pizza that has actually good mushrooms on it, he absolutely nailed it! The service was exceptionally excellent! You can also preorder online!!!! And you cannot beat the price for what you’re getting. I strongly suggest you skip the chain pizza place and try them out!

Cibo Pizza is a great place to get unique pizzas. I got the Tuscan and it was delicious. The crust is very good, the sauce is just the right amount, and the topping are just right.
It seemed that most customers get their orders to go, but there is a dining room in this restaurant. It’s located in the library building in a place you wouldn’t expect to find a yummy place.
We just moved to the area and are exploring all we can. We are very glad that we checked this place out. The positive reviews aren’t lying. This place is great.

I was up in Maine on business in the Lewiston-Auburn area. As is my usual practice I ask my customer where all the great local eats are. For pizza, I was kindly directed to Cibo. “They have the best pizza pie in town.” I was told. Mission accepted! So, when I was done working for the day I checked it out. All I can say is WOW! Great pizza and very friendly staff. If I ever get back in that area I will be making a repeat visit. It is located under the Auburn library.

Fennel, vegan cheez and vegan sausage pizza was delicious! The red sauce flavor is superb! The crust is light, wonderfully crispy on the outside, soft and chewy on the inside! I meant to take a pic of the whole pizza, but was so hungry and enjoying it…ooops I ate it all!
