Went the drive through to pick up an energy drink and one of those new strawberry banana daydream things that my woman just loves. They handed the daydream thing to me and the color was wrong. So I said can you double check that it’s the strawberry banana one as I’m getting it for someone and I could tell the color looked weird. The woman took the drink and disappeared from the window for 2 minutes while the line of cars behind me and then reappeared with the exact same drink. I brought it home and gave it to the person and it was not the correct drink. Out right lying and manipulating for what gain? Is this what service has come to in this country? COME ON WE SHOULD BE BETTER

I’d say this is a good dunkin if you don’t order online. Not once have I got everything i’ve ordered nor get my money back for the stuff they don’t give you. Even after reaching out to the support team. Terrible service. I could spend $6 on food and only get 1 item that I order which I have encountered multiple times. Not all of us have time to turn around and go get the rest!!

This gas station Dunkin just served me the best Dunkin iced coffee (with mocha) I’ve ever had. Not watered down or weird/burnt in any way. Wish all Dunkins consistently served smooth coffees like this.

Walked in and both employees on their phones. Should have known to walk out right then and there, but ordered a small hot coffee and a small iced signature cocoa mocha latte. Coffee was definitely not fresh. Got milk in my latte instead of the almond milk I ordered and paid for. The guy on his phone couldn’t be bothered to pay attention to what the drink was because I had to ask for the whipped cream, drizzle and cocoa powder. When I asked if it was made with almond milk, he said yes. Definitely made with milk. Not the first time this has happened at this location or at other locations. Just disappointed. Maybe talk to employees about customer satisfaction and retention.
