Fast service and server is the only reason I’m giving 3 stars. While fast service is nice, it also comes with forgetfulness as so, I ordered a large (VT)Caramel Ribbon Crunch with 2 shots of expresso and extra crunch, along with some food. They didn’t put the 2 shots of expresso nor did they give an extra crunch. It seemed the opposite because they didn’t even give the normal amount of crunch. Also absolutely no napkins even though I ordered food. The lady at the window was extremely nice. Every morning I go to the one by Mcquires and order the same thing. I can very well tell the difference when the expresso is added VS when it isn’t. Completely different flavor. Please allow staff to slow down enough to not forget a customers order or to be able to thoroughly read the ticket as all orders are different. I’m not sure where this “everything has to be rushed” came in at but workers are so fixated on beating their window time that they forget what the person at the window asked for. Let’s all slow down a little bit

This is my nearest and most favorite Starbucks location! The baristas are so friendly and they always get me right with my extra caramel drizzle! Pictured is an Iced White Chocolate Mocha with Vanilla Sweet Cream Cold Foam & obviously extra caramel drizzle…. so delicious! I also recommend their cheese danishes, sooo good!!

I’m a firm believer that all Starbucks are pretty much the same. A Starbucks at it’s purest is a four star place. If it does something wrong, three or less. But if it does something awesome, it can be a five star place. And what this place did awesome was hire the people it did.
The people at the front counter of this Starbucks were always out-of-their-way friendly with me and attempted to strike up a conversation with me every time I was there. They gave me recommendations when I didn’t know what I wanted. And they gave me a ham and swiss croissant while I was studying there one night because a drive through customer had changes their mind at the last minute.
There is plenty of seating there and a nice outside area that overlooks the highway. I like this place. If you need a place to frequent or study at, come here.

The cashier was very nice and helpful when my friend had no clue what she wanted to drink. I was a little nervous when waiting for our drinks someone asked “what are you waiting for?” and we had to repeat our order. The drinks came out right though! So, no harm, no foul!

I ordered my drink with no whip total was almost 6$ ok. I pay barista tries to hand me a drink with whip. I tell her I ordered mine no whip. She takes lid of grabs a spoon and scrape’s it puts lid back on and tries to give it to me. UGH so upset why can’t for 6$ I get a coffee and good service. Really disappointed.

Only Small Hot Drinks Available. They said they had no lids for medium or large hot drinks (Saturday 2:40PM cold outside) . Couldn’t order any hot drinks for me and my party unless in a tall (small) size. They couldn’t give us drinks with no lids so we did not order drinks.
